So ! I have been very busy, but just wanted to give a quick update on what i did so far, and for now! i am done ! :)

As you can see in the beginning of the thread i started out with a Prebuilt MSI codex XE. But to get it as silent as possible I have changed almost everything, and would saved a lot by just building it from scratch ...

Changed the case from the Codex XE to a Phanteks P600S, can highly recommend it, easy to built in, looks awesome and good airflow

Set in 4 x ML 140 Fans from Corsair, silent and nice RGB

An NH-D14 CPU cooler

For the PSU i changed it to a Corsair rm750x, the Fan doesn't even start, so it is silent

And changed the HDD harddisk in the end to an SSD, because it was the only thing i could hear ...

I keeps the CPU under 60C and the GPU under 70 during high loads and is still wisper silent !

Here it is !

HDD cage is death to airflow. I had to buy a new case to mitigate that. Also, if possible, flip the PSU around so it sucks air from the bottom if case has that. I've noticed that PSU was depraving graphic card of cold air coming from front intake and I have a high end very low RPM BeQuiet PSU.

As for the hum, I've had that issue when I had case fans set to PWM curve control. For no logical reason I was getting a pulsating hum that was driving me insane. Then I set case fans to fixed RPM and the pulsating hum is gone. Now I only have CPU with PWM curve and case fans at fixed RPM. Not sure which to blame, motherboard or fans. The fans are SilentWings 3 so they shouldn't be the reason, especially since it's not happening with fixed RPM mode.
