hey guys my wife got me the define s2 for xmas. Now it time to move my system over from a core p3. I am looking for input on rad config. I am looking to cool my delided 7700k 4.9oc strix 1080 and vram. i have a alphacool 360x60m rad i was thinking of using but for my choice  n Res im thinking a slim rad up top 360 and in front 240/280.

Planing on getting a new res,rad 2x,d5 pump top, and fans. Any recommendations would be great.

The Blackice rads are great, but you might want to look into some thicker ones, 30mm is a bit slim. I haven't seen the S2 in person yet, but if it's similar enough to the R5, you should be able to fit at least two 360mm rads in 30mm or even one 30mm and one 45mm.

How do you want to mount the reservoir? The standard velcro mount seems unsecure and the additional mounting bracket looks like it puts the reservoir 20-25mm above what you mount it to, taking up quite a significant amount of space inside the case. I'd just use a regular tube reservoir pump combo and mount it to the front radiator, that's propably the cleanest way to mount the pump and will aslo save you a few fiitings and weird bends.

and fans.

Corsairs ML fans are great and Noiseblocker Blacksilent Pro are even better, it's ridiculous how quiet they are.

if your OC skills are mild, then the single 360 can easily handle that CPU/GPU loop.

using fan/pump brackets would be easy since the rad/fan is blocking the res mount pretty much.

alos can level an output straight to the GPU, then to the rest of the components.
