when is hard to say its random every other day i cant pin it to any one thing sometimes im just watching YouTube another while playing a game... but its all the same it just freezes no stutter no blue screen still picture and if audio is playing its just a rapid annoying loop like literally an xbox one freezing during gameplay ive checked the event viewer for critical failures but nothing shows up not even the windows 10 repair after hitting restart it just pretends nothing happened (i do hope im making sense im trying to word it best i can)

That really sounds like a video issue. Try replacing your display cable. Reinstall your graphics drivers.

If you are using a dedicated GPU, try using the integrated GPU if you have one.
