Upgrading

I just got a rtx 2070 and am pretty much upgrading everything in my system that I got from Cyberpower over a year ago.

I am upgrading to these from some random 2x4 green gig ram and a b250m bazooka motherboard. Would the ram and the motherboard i picked out and the rtx 2070 and my cpu the i5 7400 (Upgrading later because I want to get a cpu that works with the new motherboard as the motherboard i have rn doesn't go past a i7 7600) be a good upgrade and what would you change for the same amount of money or a little bit more of a budget.

 

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230178 <------ This is the Cyberpowerpc I bought over a year ago and I have upgraded the PSU to a 600watt Silver Corsair, the fans to some better 120 corsair fans, and the gpu from the 1060 to the 2070.

 

I would really appreciate any help that I can get and I hope anyone can help me with this. Thanks!
