So i wanted to share the experience i had with GPU undervolting and how you can get your GPU to run cooler (and quieter) without sacrificing performance (and even get a bit of a boost compared to stock).

 

The GPU in question is a GTX 1060 3GB (no factory OC), and i stress tested it with FurMark. After a bit of tuning, i got the voltage down from 1.000V to 0.862V (haven't tried to go lower), the clocks up from 1809MHz to 1974MHz (above 2000MHz there's stuttering).

 

Here are the results:

My temps dropped from 82-83C to 79C and my frames are up 5%.
