You will need a power cord to go from your UPS to your PC.

You can plug your router into your UPS as well, again you will also need a power cord for it.

So why not buy UPS? If i buy UPS then i dont must have actually power cord yes? And what with router, then router goes to ups?

Like I told you in your other thread, you need to get an electrician to check out your home wiring and appliances. Don't try to fix it yourself! A UPS is a good idea for your computer but it will do nothing to deal with the other problems you are having.
