mouse keeps jumping

so i got a razer naga chroma and it works fine its just when i go to click it jumps and i end up clicking what ever is above what im trying to click, is this a fix for this ? not sure if its a syapse setting or what

i guess i invented a brand new pc problem woot, 3rd one this year
