The best answer on tom's hardware:

"It's gotta be the MoBo. If you already tried with a different PSU and RAM, checked voltages, and still fails to POST, there's no other way. If it was the processor, it would beep a warning.

Send that MoBo to warranty."

Well took it apart and put it back together again and it worked fine. I didn't change anything.
