LTE Networking Install

I'm trying to install a mobile networking card on my work laptop (Dell Latitude E7440). I bought the appropriate networking card for the laptop but only two antenna cables fit in the board, the black and white cables. The blue cable connector seems to be too small for the connection on the board. I pulled the SIM card out of my Dell tablet and stuck it in the laptop to see if it would work. The laptop now recognizes the SIM card and see's it's a Verizon Network but states there is no service. I have already tried installing the latest drivers from the dell website. I have installed the white cable on the MAIN connector and the black cable on the AUX connector.

The cables were already installed from factory and there was an empty slot for this networking card.

I am running Windows 10 (64 bit).
