Help! Problem on HDMI switcher

I recently bought a HDMI switcher for my 2nd monitor, so I can use my PS4, and a secondary display for my PC. Now; as soon as I plugged all of the HDMI on the switcher, 

the PS4 only worked. though my PC wasn't detecting my 2nd monitor when switching to the port of my PC. I rearranged all of the HDMI on the 3 different inputs (my switcher has 3 input for HDMI.)

I will added the specifications for my PC if needed. my HDMI switch is unbranded.

One of your HDMIs should be OUTPUT to your Monitor.

 

So,

PS4 Output to Input on Switcher

PC Output to Input on Switcher

Switcher Output to Input on Monitor

 

If all 3 cables are plugged into an Input, then it wont work.

Knowing the Switcher layout brand and model would really help.

 

I have a weird feeling that you have a splitter not a switcher.
