hi. i'm a new in this forums and i have a problem :)

i don't know i start to explain from where :( it just ....?
i hope below video explain all

NOTE: its a new PC

and this is my build
Intel i7 8700 3.70 GHz

Cooler for CPU

MSI Z370

MSI GTX 1070 TI

SSD M.2 265GG

T-force 16 gg RAM

power supply i think 700

w Monitor Asus 2k 144 Hz

wireless Mouse Logitech G602

wireless keyboard Microsoft
