Did you check the inside of the PC to make sure you got what you paid for?

I think you MAY be running off the i7-8700K integrated graphics, make sure your gpu is plugged in correctly.

Return it and get your money back. I mean, just look at this:

  • Blue Tooth: N
  • Depth: 455 MM
  • Display Size: No Display
  • Dongle Required: N
  • Performance: Plays modern games at 4K resolution on the highest settings.
  • Processor: Liquid-cooled Intel i7-8700K
  • Graphics: Nvidia RTX 2080 8GB
  • RAM: 16GB 2400MHz DDR4
  • Storage: 240GB SSD + 2TB SATA III HDD
  • Wi-Fi: 802.11N
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home
  • Warranty: 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
  • Lighting: Blue LED
  • Graphics: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 8GB
  • Hard Drive Storage: 2 Tb
  • Height: 215 MM
  • Processor: Intel i7-8700K
  • RAM Memory: 16 GB
  • Width: 460 MM
  • Wifi Enabled: Y

What PSU is in it? What liquid cooling? What memory brand? What SSD and HDD brand? What GPU manufacturer? For all you know, it may have a bunch of aliexpress components in there.

And for some reason it lists all the specs twice. wat

God knows what components are actually in there and how they're set up.

Ryzen 1600x @4GHz

Asus GTX 1070 8GB @1900MHz

16 GB HyperX DDR4 @3000MHz

Asus Prime X370 Pro

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

Noctua NH-U14S

Seasonic M12II 620W

+ four different mechanical drives.
