Looking for a HDMI Matrix

so i have my ps4 currently hooked up to my tv and occasionally i want to move it to my pc monitor without actually having to move the ps4. Im looking for a device that takes 1 or more inputs and can switch between two or more outputs. Im not looking for a splitter because they are designed to output to both at the same time but i want it to output to one at a time and switch between them. I found this but ideally i would like one with a remote.

You are looking for something called an HDMI switch.

99% of those are designed for more than 1 device to one tv

What you're describing (1 device to 1 screen) is called a cable

no i need a way to swap my device to multiple screens but it only push the signal to 1 of the outputs at a time without having to get up and unplug a cable from one tv to a monitor
