Buzzing/Squealing sound from system

Hi all! Didn't really intend on this being my first post here but i'm kind of stumped. Whenever i'm using a game or application that uses a significant amount of CPU and GPU power combined, an audible inconsistent buzz/squeal can be heard from inside my computer.

Some things ive done to troubleshoot include;
Testing every fan and fan speed, not the cause
Testing the CPU and GPU each separately pinning them at 100% usage in a benchmark, nothing

It seems to only really happen when gaming on something intensive that uses high CPU and GPU usage at a high framerate, like Doom (2016) creates the noise but if I lock my framerate to 60 it goes away as the gpu and cpu usage drop.

It's not loud enough to hear with headphones on but i'm concerned if it's my PSU showing signs its about to give out, its a 600w Be Quiet! psu

My other system specs include
MSI Nvidia GTX 1070Ti
Intel Core i5 8600k
16gb GSkill 3000Mhz DDR4 memory
ASUS ROG-STRIX z370H Gaming Motherboard

On a side note, is a 600w power supply good enough for these specs? Maybe i'm pushing it too hard?

Nothing you can really do to fix it. Could be power supply, but I doubt it.
