Problem with 9900k OC

I just recently overclocked my 9900k to 5ghz on all cores but i'm only getting a Cinebench score of 2040. I also took a CS:GO benchmark and only got 430 fps average, while this guy got 510 fps average with stock settings (http://prntscr.com/lsifa9) 

Am I doing anything wrong?

All cores 5ghz

Voltage 1.330

Temp max 80
