I have Acer Nitro 5. AN515-51....(i5 8300H, GTX 1050 4GB, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 16GB Optane)

Now I recently had a problem with the Optane Drive. It was not being detected by my system. I had made sure that in BIOS, SATA mode is on RST with Optane. But miraculously, it fixed itself and the next day it was detected by the RST application, but windows was not able to install on either AHCI or RST with Optane option. Acer sent in an Engineer and he called someone up and then came into a conclusion to change HDD. Then I tried to fully format and remove the partition and install, it worked. Now it's been a day and again my Optane drive is not detecting.

I had RST application configured with Optane and it was working. Today when I powered up my PC, it took long for it to boot and I noticed that the Optane Acceleration was off. I reinstalled my Windows and the Optane was there for sometime in the Device Manager and for now, it's disappeared. I tried to install the Optane Application and it says the motherboard doesn't support. When I install the RST Application, the Enable Optane option is greyed out. But till yesterday, Optane was detected.

Does anyone have any experience or any idea about this thing?

I have attached the logs too...
