No display or bios

I just built a computer with a AMD Ryzen 3 with no integrated graphics because I have a gtx 1070 oc and 32gb or ddr4 ram the motherboard is a asrock AB350M says Ryzen on the box when I plug it all in I don’t get a bios I have windows 10 and nothing shows up from that either

Do you have a boot drive. Oh...crap...there is no bios...
