Pc boot loop

Hi. I was watching a movie while my pc suddenly shut off. 2 seconds later it turned back on, now it turns off and on every two seconds.

Video link : https://youtu.be/saFa7bVXNI0

i have checked the power switch by unplugging it and turning the pc on with the two pins on the mobo, same loop occured.

i have taken out the ram, same

taken out the graphics cards , same

unplugged the hard drives , same

it comes down to the cpu , psu and mobo. May this be a hardware issue ?

Thank you for the help and sorry for the formatting. (Writing from my phone)

try clearing the cmos if you haven't already incase its a bios setting issue, are there any post codes or beep codes from the board? Also reseating the cpu couldn't hurt

Ok. It sounds like the PSU is good quality, but it could be dead. So thats what i would try first.

Thanks. I took it apart, unplugged all the cables, plugged them back in and it started working again.

I think it's time to upgrade to a new socket which means a completely new computer

I'll do that once I get back home from university. Apply the thermal paste again etc. Build it from nothing again.
