thermaltake psu problem

I have thermaltake litepower series PSU. It started to make some noise 3-5days ago, signal which is going to monitor turned off when play game. No signal detected (on monitor). 

Now, 1day after shutdown psu, pc turned off, I tried to open bios menu. PC freezed on bios menu. Then again no signal detected. 

1. I'm going to buy new psu. 

2. I know this psu isn't good.(didn't know when I bought) 

It's just interesting to me. I interested in problem that my psu has. This psu can damage my pc's other parts? Or it already did it?

Yeah it could potentially damage your other parts. Let's hope that hasn't happened yet.

If you won't buy a new PSU your parts can be (or already are) damaged. You can get decent PSU's for around $50. Here is the tier list if you change your mind about getting a different PSU:  

With $50 you should get yourself a tier 3 or even tier 2.
