Need help with CPU Cooler

uReqt

I'v just brought an i7-7700k and a prime z370-a motherboard (ddr4 memory). I forgot that the K series doesn't come with a stock cooler. Will this CPU Cooler be okay for a month in a half of 10 hour gaming ?  https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cooler-Master-Heatpipes-Connector-RR-212E-16PK-R1/dp/B0068OI7T8/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1543444256&sr=1-1&keywords=212+evo   Then il buy a h100i v2.  One more question will the air cooler fit in this pc case : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Carbide-Mid-Tower-Performance-Computer/dp/B017XPP9KK/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1540546193&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=Corsair%2B400c&th=1?

The hyper 212 will be ok, but I'm honestly pretty glad you're not gonna be able to put a stock Intel cooler on that CPU. Here's a major problem though:

These are incompatible. Won't work

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

OP:

Yeah, but there are better coolers in that price range.

If your budget/case allow it go with the Noctua NH-D15, it's the best air cooler around, the most quiet, and totally beats most AIOs, such as the h100i v2 ?

and looks ugly and covers up ram.

Budget perhaps, I mean I'm going with the 8700K, which is only 60€-80€ more, but I totally respect going with a less powerful CPU if it's out of the budget.

The main problem is that the i5 8600k is better than the 7700k and also cheaper, and also works on a z370 board

Wasn't thinking about the i5 8600K, you're right, he should go with that one, it has the better performance for the money compared to the 7700k.

Not to mention it works
