  1. I’m gonna build a pc
  2. my budget is $1200 I don’t need peripherals
  3. i need some sort of theme
  4. my monitors only do 1080p
  5. i mostly use it for gaming but I will stream sometimes
  6. i allready have a 2tb Seagate hardrive and a 250gb 970 evo ssd
  7. Overclocking would be nice
  8. ps I like rgb

if you were just doing straight gaming, I'd suggest intel. but since you add streaming into the mix, and a budget like that. you cant go wrong with a Ryzen build i reckon..

 

plus Ryzen is unlocked for overclocking depending on what board you get.

 

you say monitors only do 1080p. are you sticking with them? or are they queued for an upgrade at some point.. if you stay at 1080p, a 1070 or 1080 (maybe even a Ti) should be heaps cheap second hard and they will be have no problems eating up anything 1080p.
