upgrade advice

Hey, 

 

My pc is getting a bit old and i am looking for some advice on what to upgrade in it or start building a new pc completely 

 

My specs are :

Asus  crosshair V formula-z

Amd phenom II x4 955 (3.2GHz)

16gb ram (4x Corsair 4 GB DDR3-1600)

Nvidia MSI  Gforce gtx 960

What PSU and budget for upgrade?

the psu is a corsair cx450

The budget depends , if i can upgrade this one and use this pc for a bit longer I would prefer that .

for startig a new build (while using as much of my old parts ) i would say a 500ish european rupees

I would get a R5 2600, a B450 board and 8GB of ram. Keep the GTX 960. It is still a capable card.
