Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E540 Display Replacement

So my 15.6 inch ThinkPad has a damaged matte FHD Display and i want to replace it, because the remaining parts are working pretty well.

What things do i have to care of? Do i have to look for a display, that is explicit suitable for my Laptop model?

Does anyone has experiences with this?

i watched a youtube video and i dont think that the replacement itself is that difficult, but i wonder whether i can use any display in the right size with the right resolution or those that are explicit suitable for my laptop model name (20C600JAGE),

besides, the display you suggested does not ship to my town in germany, but i also found a display that matches the size and resolution, it says for TP Edge E540 20C6, but this one is not explicit suitable for my laptop model, can i still use this for my laptop and is it at a fair price?
