problem with "turtle beach earforce recon 50x" headphones

I just noticed an issue with my headphones. More treble and quieter in the left, and balanced in the right. Please help.

 

 

 

Windows 10

Lenovo G780 laptop

Turtle Beach Earforce Recon 50X

(not using the microphone or the microphone and headphone jack converter)

Now it's only coming out of the right speaker. Again, it works just fine on my phone. I also tried on the same laptop but with a usb adapter, and it works.
