Razer synapse not working properly

I just got a razer BlackWidow X chroma a few days ago and i made a lighring profile.

 

Everytime i restart my computer it just goes back to the original wave profile.

I have saved/exported the profile and dont know how to enable it.

Please set Synapse to run as admin and see if the issue occurs. 

 

Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Razer\Razer Synapse

Right click on Razer Synapse shortcut and select Properties.

Go to Compatibility, check 'Run this program as an administrator' and click OK.

Restart your computer to see if the issue persists.

 

If it still persists, please send us a bug report via Synapse. You can do so by doing the following:

 

Launch Synapse 
Click on the Gear Icon  located on the Top Right of the Synapse Interface. " This is located right next to your email address" 
In the settings window, click on " Submit Feedback" 
Click on Bug Report under the  Razer Synapse Feedback Window 
Fill in the Form and Click on 'Send'.

Razer synapse won't open on Windows 10 - After upgrading to Windows 10, Razer synapse won't open. I still working it normally when my computer using Windows 7.
