Clean drives, yes or no?

Hi.

Yesterday i got a large virus on my pc and i can't get it off completely. My only option is to reset my pc. It's not a really big problem since i don't have any important documents, i only game and watch yt etc. My question is, do i select "Just remove my files", or "Remove files and clean the drive". I think i have to choose the 2nd option, but i want to be sure.

just reinstall windows (second option)
