Premiere Can't Open Export Window

Specs:

B450 Tomahawk Max

Ryzen 5 3600x

2060 Super fe

32gb Vengence rgb 3600

1tb nvme wd

500gb samsung evo

1tb hard disk

Windows 10 Home 19041.388

Premiere 14.3.1

 

Ok, so every week during this pandemic I had to edit a church service for about 15 hours a week and premiere was working great. However this past week I updated it and now everything seems to work except the export windows in both premiere and media encoder. It just sits there saying not responding no matter the project size or length. Does anyone have any suggestions or help as I really don't want to reset my PC as I already tried reinstalling creative cloud and premiere but that didn't help
