My storage sometimes disappear in my computer

Hello! This is my first time posting here. I am asking for help about my storage(sshd 1tb) for disappearing sometimes in my computer. Then whenever I open my pc, POST doesn't pop up and only displays a black screen for 30+ seconds. After the long black screen, the windows logo would appear and would load another 30+ seconds(I have my os on my nvme ssd) before logging into my desktop. My quick fix for this would be to reseat the cables from my storage for it to run normally again. Just want to ask if my cables are damaged or my storage itself is the one that is faulty.

 

Also, pc boots up whenever I put it to sleep(also need help).
