Warzone 240 fps consistently.. Is it even possible

Is there anyway you can do a video on building up a pc and see exactly what it will take to run 240fps on warzone consistently. You will definitely get views/likes on this one my friend. I feel like frames are getting worse the more and more they update the game. There are tons of the same video out there on what settings to use according to nvidia. However, even with decent hardware.. It's been tough to average over 200. I have an i9 9900k.rtx 2080ti..64gb ram. There is a video online with someone using a 9900ks..getting 220 avg...with rtx 2080ti. Again.. Is 240 fps consistently even possible? If anybody can figure this out.. It is you my brother. Hey Froman, were you ever able to get an answer for this. I also recently upgraded all my hardware to all top specs but am still having trouble consistently running over 240 FPS.
