This is a ridiculous story. So for Christmas I got a razor kraken v3 head set, or so I thought. I opened the box which looked factory sealed to my eyes. Inside was not what it was supposed to be it was a razor nari which was a cheaper head set. Also it did not come with the headphone jack or charging cable, and the usb jumper was different. Truthfully I didn't notice they were the wrong ones I got them to work and they sounded great. So I was thinking to question best buy the next day about getting the right adapters that were suppose to come with it. Couldn't do it that day it was Christmas. So why not just try them out was jamming to some music and cooking diner I went to pivot from the cutting board to range to Sautee some onions and my headset when flying the other direction into a full dish sink and ruined the headset now I have to go and explain this to best buy.

Hello All, I am looking for guidance on what to do. Razor warranty is absolutely absurd. Our son bought a 2021 Razor 15 Advanced Model (Early 2021) RZ09-036. I have worked on PC's since I was probably about 12 years old and looked into his issues and determined it's most likely in need of a new motherboard. I am not sure why, as I did not pull it apart since he paid for extended coverage and I didn't want to hurt his chances of having them work on it/support it. But seems it's a bad MB. Windows installs but outside of that you cannot use the system (sluggish responsiveness/ non-responsive when trying to do any task once installed. Either way the issues are not important as the fact it's been to Razor 2 times now with no resolve, and it needs to go back a third time. Not only do they make him wait a week OR MORE for a shipping label to send it it, they are repeatedly asking for the same videos of the operation over and over again. (even though there is really nothing to show) I even wrote a letter the last time explaining the issues and put it into the laptop so they would have to read it when working on it. Nothing... So he calls this last time, not only does he still not have a shipping label to return it but once again they are asking for another video (even though he already sent one) before they will do anything. To make matters worse the last representative, Hector (my son had him on speaker so I could hear) started to belittle him and tell him he doesn't know computers and that there is no way it could come there 2 times and not be fixed and he is lying to them. He said Razor are all professionals and there is no way they would ever send back a system that isn't working and he needs to rethink what happened. I was here when he pulled it out of the box, it still was NOT working!!! My son has been without a laptop now for almost 3 months since this started and Razor is continuing to play games with him and not actually support their product. Does anyone know who we can talk to? When you ask for a manager NOTHING happens!! I have learned that I will NEVER buy a Razor product EVER and I will tell everyone I know not to waste your time or money. We have had it back for over a week and they still have yet to send a shipping label and continue to jerk him around the process. We have a very expensive paper weight, he paid for coverage for and they are not helping with it. I can understand it not getting fixed, it happens. I work in the service industry, it's called troubleSHOOTING for a reason. But what's not ok is to talk down to him and drag out the process for weeks at a time with apparently no resolution and the fact they have had it twice now and they are saying he's making it up. Does anyone have any GOOD ideas of what to do next? He needs his computer for school and Razor is worthless right now.

so i recently installed an msi 3060 into my system. at the same time as this i installed windows 11. as i have an asus motherboard and trident z ram i was looking for ways to have them sync up. please note before i did this my ram had stop responding to rgb changes and just does its own thing. i downloaded razor synapse and got chroma control so i could link my asus products to it. after doing this my asus products work fine with it and does what i ask it. sadly my ram still doesnt change and my msi gpu only works on the msi mystic app. i turned off the feature that makes msi force control it but razor still wouldnt change it. its at the point now where even mystic wont change the gpu much. im sure ive made some obvious mistake but if anyone has any ideas please help me fix this. if you need any more information please feel free to ask me. thanks in advance.

I'm looking for a new speaker system setup for my latest PC build, I am currently looking at the Razer Leviathan. I love the 2 piece sound bar and subwoofer combo, it's on Amazon for $197 and before I drop almost $200 on a system I just wanted to get some opinions on the matter.

https://www.techspot.com/news/71447-razer-unveils-quad-core-blade-stealth-laptop-core.html https://www.cnet.com/news/razer-core-v2-blade-stealth-quad-core/ Razor's external graphics card is back and better. It connects to your laptop via usb c it contains 4 usb 3.0 ports and gig Ethernet port. Most graphics cards are compatible (full list below) and boasts a 500W power supply. As you can see it boasts some RGB lighting. Also it can charge you new blade stealth and may work with some other laptops.

So after numerous budget changes and looking around for the last week, the Razor Blade Stealth, specifically the i7-8565U 1080p Matte display model with 16gb ram, 256gb SSD and the 25W MX150, seems to be an almost perfect laptop for me, as I'll be doing some light gaming, video editing and administrative work, and want a small portable package, plus the inclusion of thunderbolt 3 should help to future proof this, the only downside for me at least being the price. I'm able to pick this unit up for £1279 (~1560USD) which while I can afford, it's still more than I've ever paid for a laptop and probably is the maximum I'll be willing to pay, so before I bite the bullet I was hoping to see if anyone had some useful feedback on this laptop or can recommend anything better for less? I'll be buying off of Amazon to make use of their 30day no hassle returns as judging by reviews the QC on this laptop doesn't seem too good, also being in Europe I do get the 2 year warranty should anything go wrong after that. Thanks in advance!

Right folks, it might be a near impossible task but I've been searching for weeks now and I need help. CPU: I7-9750 GPU: RTX-2060/2070 RAM: 16GB STORAGE: 512GB SSD, 2TB SSHD/1TB I/O: USB3.1, SD Slot, Thunderbolt 3, ethernet DISPLAY: 15.6", 1920x1080, 144Hz minimum FEATURES: Glass Touchpad without buttons (if poss) RGB customizable keyboard Webcam (if poss) Metal body (if poss) Fingerprint Sensor (if poss) I like the HP Omen 15" 2019 (https://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=7KA45EA&opt=ABU&mastersku=7KA45EA&masteropt=ABU&sel=NTB&) but I would like to see what people think of it or if there is anything better as there are little to no reviews on it that I can find. Can anyone help?

Hello all, I have a Razer Core v2 with a GTX 920 in it and am attempting to connect it to a Dell Precision 7740 (which has two Thunderbolt 3 Type-C ports). I can plug the core into the laptop, windows will do a charm and say the device may not be supported, and that's all that happens... The core will show up in the device manager as a universal serial bus device, but I can not seem to get it to be properly recognized by the system. The documentation for the core says that the host computer needs thunderbolt 3 ports with enabled external graphics support, is this an option I can enable somewhere? I'm lost as to what to do next, thanks in advance for any help!

Hi guys So I've decided its time to invest in a gaming laptop, and the obvious choice for an all-rounder is the razor blade 15. I've begun my search but have struggled to find many deals on this laptop in the UK. Just wondering if anyone on here knows of a great place to pick one up at a great price to avoid the dreaded buyers remorse. Appreciate your help and advice! Thanks!

Hi All, hope you can help! Gaming as normal last night, turned the computer off, this morning when i've turned the computer No lights on the Keyboard, no input, just dead. When i'm into windows, the keayboard nows comes up with message saying CRP1 Enabled. I can then see the keyboard in My computer, registering as if it were a thumb drive & i can see firmware.bin The keyboard won't register in device manager as a keyboard, only a storage device and isn't detected in any of the Razor Synapse Software... I imagine this means the Firmware on the keybaord is corrupted.... any ideas on if this one is fixabler? Keyboard: Razor Blackwidow Chroma V1 OS: Windows 10 Home Version: 1903

Hello guys, I hope that this is the right place to address my issue ? I am not really up to date concerning this topic so I am asking for your opinion or advice on the following decision: Roundabout 3-4 years ago I finally fulfilled my dream and build myself an own computer. Over the years I installed some additional components and today it is running an i7-3770k with a GTX-770 and 16GB of RAM. This all is backed by a SSD and a cheap 1TB HDD. But due to my job and not being home much I had no real time to enjoy my computer not to mention playing games with it. Now I thought about selling my desktop and getting the new Razor Blade Stealth with an additional graficscard-enclosure (like the one featured in this LTT video: https://youtu.be/Rjty3I3Cdg8), so that I can have all my stuff on the move and still get a real desktop-like-experience when I am at home. The only concern that keeps me from doing this step is the un-upgradability of the laptop. What if the laptop cannot keep up with my needs in a few years? Do I have to buy a completely new device then? What is the average lifespan of such a device? Those questions bother me a lot and I hope you guys can help me make a decision. Greetings and a lovely Christmas Amazed

So I finally got my new pc build to work correctly and after using it for a about 2 days it was asking me for random ups of various programs and needed resets. Not thinking anything of it I turned off my computer and when I go to turn it back on today my mouse and keyboard stop working when I get to windows, they both work fine in bios. This actually happened before but I thought it happened because every time to try to update razor synapse it would give me an error saying it could not update some driver because it was used in another program... What program I barely installed anything, hence new pc build. So what I did to fix the first time was reinstall windows and re download all my programs and not install razor synapse but now that it happened again I guess I can re download if that is not the problem. How can I get my mouse and keyboard to work without having to reinstall windows. Works perfectly well in bios. P.S. I did not activate windows 10 yet. Will activating it let me download drivers correctly or let my mouse and keyboard work?

I have an uncommon choice to make, and I'm looking for a wider perspective. The skinny is I'm moving internationally and am unable to take my lovely desktop with all that storage and performance. I am a photographer, and spend most of my time fiddling in photoshop. Most of the image files I work with are around 1-1.5 gigs each. I also handle stats work for a university biology dept, primarily running Stata, R, Matlab, and Mathematica. I will obviously have a tower for this, but the capability to do some work on the run is never a bad thing. I had initially liked the idea of getting a mobile workstation (Lenovo P50), because of the 3 drive bays I could stuff with storage, and because it would be less of a downgrade/hangover from my current setup performance wise. It is, however, 3kilo/6lbs/0.45stone with a power brick that would make a nun blush. Not exactly an ultralight, which is trouble because I travel a metric shit tonne. So on the opposite side of the spectrum I'm looking at the Razor Blade Stealth. It has a gorgeous 4k screen(although it is 2.7-ish inches smaller than the lenovo), a solid processor, and the new one has 16 gigs of ram which is good because of the size of the photos I'm chucking into photoshop these days. It's also worlds lighter. Storage would be 1TB internal, and a lightning-bolt 3 drive sometime in the future when it comes out. So what do you think I should do? If you have experience with either system, let me know what you think. Lenovo P50, Xeon, 32gb-ddr4-ecc, 6tb, 4k, massive ass but expandable in every way VS RazorBlade Stealth, i7, 16gb fixed, 1Tb internal. 4k, light and fluffy but limited expansion. Cheers, M.U.M.

http://www.theverge.com/2016/9/2/12709644/razer-blade-stealth-upgrade-kaby-lake-ifa-2016 It appears as though Razor will be updating its line, with the Stealth getting 16GB RAM, a much inproved battery, and a kaby lake i7-7500U. I'm sure we'll be seeing many laptop makers following suit shortly.

Hi there, So i'm looking for a new keyboard, preferably a mechanical one since I spend a lot of time on my computer (gamer, IT engineering student). I was browsing around on some typical tech websites in my country (Belgium) and came across a possible good deal. But as any good tech guy I wanted to make sure that it is a good decision instead of buying crap impulsively. So what I'm wondering is, is the razor blackwidow ultimate 2014 edition still a good keyboard two years later or are there any better options than an "old" green themed keyboard. (price is 79.9€ = 89.9$, it's the french layout and features the razor green switches) Thank you for all the input.

Hey what do you guys think about the new razor blade stealth. I'm using really very old dell laptop and I'm having hard time running softwares like solid works, mat lab. Can you suggest any good laptop or ultra book that is good for gaming, and everyday work as well like taking to school etc. Price is not a big problem to me.

Notice: If this is TL;DR for you, please leave because this is a serious build I might consider doing myself. Hello, I had been doing some research lately on possibly making a Hackintosh with a Mac Mini size factor but there is one problem... I want to Dual-boot/install Windows 10 on it also and play games on it but the CPUs graphics chip will not be enough at all of course, so I thought Hmmm... There is a USB type C connector on it and thinking okay, to not limited the size factor I could just stick a USB connector right? Well I found out the USB type C connector is not Thunderbolt 3 so the Razor Core won't work. But with the possible help with the internet I could possibly find another motherboard to build my Possible Mac Mini Hackintosh with Razor Core on a USB type C with Thunderbolt 3 on it or if there is another way I could insert or plugin another graphics card without ruining the look or the size of the Hackintosh as well. Here are sources and build guide so far. Anything can be changed expect it has to look like a Mac Mini and no AMD CPU chips because of Hackintosh Kernel problems. Original Concept: http://snazzylabs.com/article/skylake-mac-mini-hackintosh/ Build guide from PC part picker with possible graphics card (so far): http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jZG9qs Thank You.
