Hello and thank you for taking the time to help me, I just built a new PC and I'm having so many issues, the system keeps blue screening and I can't run many programs due to missing dll files, I have installed all my drivers and windows updates, I have even tried going from windows 10 to windows 11 and that didn't help either (everything is installed but same problem) if anyone knows how to fix this I would much appreciate it.

I just got a new CPU/MoBo/RAM/PSU and they are the intel i7 14700k - MSI Z790 Carbon WiFi - Kingston DDR5 32GBX2 and I posted before about this and one guy replied, basically I'm getting blue screens and he also said that it could be the GPU (which is the MSI Geforce GTX 980 Ti) could be causing the problem, I have my video coming from my intergrated GPU now and am afraid to put the old GPU back in because I'm afraid everything will stop working, does anyone know why I'm getting blue screens, I ran the memory tests he told me about and they all came clean.

I recently upgraded my PC and all was good for a few days, but today after installing my new GPU shit seems to have hit the fan - even after re-installing windows. Here are my specs: i5 13600K Deepcool AK620 MSI RTX 4070 Ventus 3x E OC 32GB DDR5 Corsair LPX 7200MHZ CL34 MSI Z790 Gaming Pro Wi-Fi NZXT C750 PSU (drives and case omitted for brevity) The issues began today with the Windows event logs saying it had sth to do with the integrated bluetooth and Wi-Fi, which was odd as this was after getting a BOSD saying 'IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL'. I assumed its drivers were fighting with the little dongle I had been using up until recently. So, after a clean install of Windows, I booted up a game of Stellaris and 25 minutes into the game I once again get a BOSD now saying 'Kernel Mode Trap' which from a brief peruse online seems to do with the RAM. Any suggestions...? I'm currently running a Windows RAM Diagnostic as I post this. There is a newer version of the motherboard BIOS available, but the patch notes say nothing about RAM support and only support for the 14th Generation Intel CPUs. I've saved up for these upgrades over a few months of pay, so I'm really hoping for an actionable solution... any help is deeply appreciated. Thank you.

I've recently upgraded my system by replacing my Asrock H310M and i3-8100 with an Asrock B450M and a Ryzen 5 5600. The new parts were installed more than two weeks ago, and I've been getting this BSOD for a day. Mostly it crops up some time after booting up. I've even had it on the password screen. Attempted the memory diagnostic tool, malware removal stuff, updated my GPU and windows drivers, ran chkdsk, reseated my GPU, sata ssd and ram. I've had "irql_not_less_or_equal" twice as well and "System service exception" once. A little help, guys? I had two folders for dump files, Minidump and Minidumps. Minidump was empty, and Minidumps had these files. I did the PERFMON thing but I couldn't get the option to Save As, it was greyed out. Hi, I have a problem with my PC. Every few days my computer crashes randomly, not specifically under load, it has happened several times while just watching YouTube videos. I didn't get a BSOD, my computer simply rebooted. I downloaded the BlueScreenView program, which showed me that there was a BSOD after all, it just couldn't display it. My question is, do you think this is a hardware problem? I have already deleted and reinstalled the video card driver, but it did not solve the problem. Hey guys/gals, Ive gotten myself into a real pickle here, so since around december ive been experiencing random blue screens of deaths/black screens of deaths where my whole system will lock up and the picture will appear almost "deepfried" and will proceed to reboot, at first i thought it was the install of windows 11 i had so i cleaned wiped everything, but it still continued even after doing it multiple times, every time a bsod happened it would throw up a different error code that referenced memory, so i thought my memory had gone bad, ran memtest86 overnight and it passed so -Ram=good I was suggested then that my motherboard may be at fault, which was at the time an msi b550 a-pro, so i rma'd the motherboard and used the money i got from the warranty claim to purchase an gigabyte x570 elite motherboard, it working alright until i was getting a couple of hypervisor bsods maybe due to me running the windows subsystem for android, So again i reinstalled windows yesterday and proceeded to go about as normal until last night when i was playing and the same bsod with the "deepfried colors" happened.... -motherboard=good At this point im at my witts end with this stuff, it could either be...... -Cpu -the powersupply -peripherals????? Any help would be super appreciated Side note- I did upgrade my gpu recently from a 2060 to an rtx 4070ti so its definitely not the gpu since it was happening on both of them. 040723-21265-01.dmp MemTest86-20230407-234400.log

Last month I have had a lot of problems with blue screen errors and some random game crashes without any blue screen errors, only an error message from Radeon-software. My pc mostly crashes when I am gaming but also when im just talking to friends in discord. On the internet i have searched for solutions. I tried reinstalling my gpu drivers, but it did nothing. I upgraded my Pc around December last year. And I think the Ram I bought might be faulty. I hope some of you might know more about these errors than myself. Some errors I got: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY KMODE_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDLED PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL You can look at the errors once more in the pictures below My System CPU Ryzen 7 2700x Motherboard Asrock b450m steel legend RAM Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3200 C16 GPU R9 280x Case some stupid case Storage 128Gb m.2 and a 1Tb harddrive PSU 650 watt cooler master 80+white Display(s) MSI Optix MAG27C Operating System Windows 10 Home

PC won't turn on until I hit reset button, only fans spin
Nalyd217 posted a topic in Troubleshooting
I apologize if this post gets a bit wordy, but I'm beginning to freak out a little that my system is somehow borked. I also apologize if this isn't allowed, but I've already summarized my issue in this reddit post, but I would like to get some second opinions: Specs are: Ryzen 5 2600 3060ti b450 ds3h motherboard 2x8gb 2400 (original ram) added two more identical sticks for 4x8gb 2400 (where I *think* the issues started, no blue screens) swapped all of it out for 2x16gb 3600 (blue screens started, XMP enabled and disabled) all of this is Corsair Vengance 500W 80 plus bronze evga power supply 1tb nvme ssd with windows 10 I will also try to tl;dr what has happened after this initial description: I upgraded to windows 11 a bit ago, didn't like it, reverted back to 10 ran memtest86 for about 5 hours, it got through 2 full passes with no errors I went to best buy and got 2 sticks of 16gb at 3600mhz (faster than my old stuff) to just try and start fresh with and without xmp enabled, this resulted in 3 or 4 BSOD I'm not sure how to analyze them, but the .dmp files can be found here: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/ncuvoeulxy5jk/BSOD_Help at some point during this process I disabled fTPM since I had to enable it when I installed win 11 At the moment, I put my old 2x8gb memory back in and at the very least it's not blue screening haven't tested restarting yet to see if the initial issue persists. Is there anything else I should go about trying? Maybe a driver update or something? Thanks ahead of time for any help. Edit: one of the comments below brought to my attention that my cpu does not support ram speeds above about 2900MHz. At this point I’m guessing that was the cause of the blue screens, but I’m still not sure why it won’t start up correctly. Edit 2: I think I found the issue and fixed it. Long story short, I didn't know there were so many different compatibility requirements. First of all, the blue screens I was getting were being caused by my memory speed. I didn't realize my CPU has a max supported memory speed of 2933MHz, so 3600 was a big no no. To solve this, I went into my bios, and set the system memory multiplier down to 2933MHz, ran a stress test (I'll link it below), and all was good For the original issue, where my PC wouldn't start without pressing the reset button, just the fans would spin, it was due to the other memory installed not being compatible with my motherboard in the slots I installed them. Essentially, I learned that there is this QVL list for each motherboard, and it essentially just lists a bunch of ram that they guarantee to work, at what speeds, and in which slots. Before upgrading, I had a kit of 2x8gb corsair vengeance 2400MHz ram installed in slots 1 and 2. When I upgraded, I purchased an identical kit, thinking it would be compatible. As it turns out, that specific kit is only supported in slots 1 and 2, not 3 and 4 where I had to install the second kit. So, while windows showed that I had 32gb installed, and I wasn't crashing or anything, I believe it was still causing the abnormal startup behavior. To back this up, as soon as I removed the second kit and went back to my original config, the PC booted as expected. Currently then, I have the corsair vengeance 2x16gb 3600MHz kit installed, just running at a lower, supported, speed. This kit isn't technically in the QVL List I mentioned, but an identical kit that comes at a lower rated speed is. So far I haven't had any crashed or odd startup behavior. Hi there, Hope yall having a blessed day and are chilling!! which I am not cuz I have an issue for which I have tried every single troubleshooting method out there like: - What's the issue? Page Fault In Nonpaged Area (Windows Blue screen error) - What have I tried? Unchecked Automatically manage paging files for all drives (Didn't work) Manually assigned value for paging (Didn't work) Checked my RAM ran mem test's on them with no issues, ran windows memory diagnostic with no issues. I have tried using a working SSD from my laptop which was running the most up to dated version of windows 10 (kinda worked) Swapped the drive from a system that is running windows latest version (Didn't work) Swapped out the Ram's (Didn't work) Multiple clean installs and tried on brand new SSD but still (Didn't work) - What I think is the Problem: 3rd and 4th ram slots are dead. I am currently running Windows 10 64bit V1909 OS Build 18363.1440 which runs without issues. Whenever I have tried Clean install I get to see the desktop and work on it. It works fine with everything working and stays operational but as soon as windows update the GPU driver or I try to install Nvidia's latest driver windows crashes with Page Fault In Nonpaged Area error and gets stuck in a loop of restarting then crashing but when I tried running it with laptops SSD it was working perfectly fine with NVIDIA drivers installed after a while I unplugged the SSD and cloned it on a new SSD thinking it will work but it didn’t and after trying that the error started coming on the new SSD and the system is not booting from my laptop SSD either. I even tried swapping out my GTX 1660 super with an old Low-end GT 1030 and it still crashes. When I try to update my windows through windows updates it also crashes at around 25% or 32% completion then a Green screen comes up instead of a Blue one but everything else written on it is the same as the Blue screen error "Page Fault In Nonpaged Area error" I am Desperate now for a fix and willing to do anything. I am not that much of a techie guy but I can follow the steps no matter how difficult they are just that they are detailed instructions. P.s. Any recommendation for a new CPU under 250$ (preferably AMD) that with my 1660 super will be decent machine able to do task ranging from Editing, Blender rendering and lite gaming etc My specs: I7-4770 Z97 mobo (MSI krait edition) 16GB (Kingston ram) GTX 1660 Super

Hello, I thought I was hearing some weird fan noises from my PC, so I decided to hit the case lightly - see if it will resolve the issue. xD The moment I hit the case - instantly BSOD happened with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Good to mention that I wasn't doing anything demanding during this incident - just some youtube. Hello, in the past week I've been experiencing BSOD's every time I turn my PC on. It either says that it's gathering info and then I can restart or it shows a big ":(" face and below it is the letter Y. What's up with that? I've been using the EasyTune Aorus app in which you can check CPU stuff and overclock it. When I'm on the web I keep it on default and when I turn on a game I overclock it and when I quit the game I put it on default again. Could that have caused any issues? Also using their SIV app that let's me control my case's fan speed which is really useful and it works flawlessly. blue screen of death My PC has become extremely unstable.
TerraCraft64 posted a topic in Troubleshooting
As everyone on this forum is well aware, PC hardware is hard to come by now a days especially graphics cards and I must admit this is emotional for me because I feel like this PC died an early death and I'm not sure what killed it. It's not good for much any more and I built it back in 2018. It's got: Intel i7-8700K cooled with a Hyper 212 Evo 16 GB (2x8) of CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 ASUS ROG Z370-E Gaming A used EVGA GeForce GTX 980 4 GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Corsair AX860 I've been getting Blue Screens, DirectX and Graphics Driver Crashes, and artifacting, crashing, and lagging. I guess I'm just posting here hoping that maybe someone has any ideas, I've never overclocked it aside from XMP. Then I found from Linus' opinion that he didn't like how unstable XMP was so I disabled it. Later on I manually overclocked my RAM to 3000 MHz and increased the voltage to 1.34 volts as per corsair's Spec sheet. That cleared memory_management BSODs and then there were other BSODs. My PC constantly BSODs. Things I've done to try and mitigate it. Reinstalled Windows. Reseated RAM Reseated GPU Reseated CPU Unplugged and Replugged the power cables from PSU to MOBO I'm starting to think this PC is dead, the BSODs carry amongst my windows reinstalls and reseats. My CPU never goes beyond 70 degrees even when running prime95. Attached is a picture showing my reliability monitor. If you guys need any more screenshots I'll provide. I wish Windows error messages weren't nearly as useless and I could just pinpoint for sure what the actual problem is, but I appreciate any time you guys give me to help me pinpoint what hardware died. Thank you. -
Hello there I have had this problem for quite some time now. I am constantly getting all kinds of bsod`s. The bsod`s startet about a year ago, when I built the pc. But recently they appeared much more frequently. These are my specs: OS: Windows 10 pro (x64), (not pre-installed, i purchased it myself) Age: about 1 year (built it then) CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 Super (MSI Ventus OC) Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC RAM: 2x 8 GB, DDR4-3200MHz, CL 16 (HyperX Fury) PSU: Corsair RM 750x (750W) OS Drive: Intel 660p (1TB nvme SSD) As I mentioned, it`s a desktop PC that I built myself from completely new parts. I have also uploaded the crash report dump files as well as the performance report. I hope someone can help me find the problem. report file.zip 1911880109_dumpfiles.zip

Hey guys. I'm hoping someone could help me diagnose a BSOD error (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA) - mainly caused by the Focusrite 2i2 audio interface. If I unplug it, then I get no BSOD. Reinstalled Windows 10 on a different SSD & HDD. Swapped memory from a working PC. Tried a different cable from the Scarlett Focusrite 2i2 to the PC. Tried different USB ports (2.0 and 3.0). Tried uninstalling & reinstalling the focusrite drivers (downloaded from focusrite's website). Disabled USB selective suspend setting in Control Panel. Reset BIOS to default settings. Recently I contacted Microsoft support because of the blue screen of death from the video memory management internal error and they said to do a windows 10 in-place repair. It would reinstall windows and keep all files and programs on the computer. Unfortunately, it happened again. I recently just contacted the support agent, and they said to buy a new GPU. (But GPUs are expensive right now). My CPU does not have discreet graphics built-in. Can I just live with this for a while(i.e. having the computer crash once every couple of days), or is the blue screen of death saying that the GPU is dying and I can't use it anymore for much longer? What should I do?

I need help understanding what's happened to my computer I was playing a computer game on it and I suddenly got a Blue Screen of Death with a message saying Unexpected Store Exception The screen said it was collecting information about the crash, but that collection stayed at 0% for over 10 minutes I thought it had bugged out, so I turned off the computer using the power button I turned it back on, and it went to the bios screen I chose Discard changes and exit, and it looped back to the bios screen What's happened? Why isn't it going to Windows 10? How do I get my computer to work? Its operating system drive is a pair of ssd drives in a raid configuration that divides data between two identical ssds for faster write and read speeds Is it possible to rescue the data on my computer if the ssd is broken? There's a disk hard drive in there too for data storage, is everything on that lost too? My computer spec is Windows 10 64bit 32GB ram operating system is on a raid configured pair of 2 M.2 ssds connected together to act as one drive, each taking half the data to be written to 1 extra hard drive for data

Hi all, I just completed my first build, using the build video from LTT. I will list my build below. I also created a WIndows 10 removable USB stick. My problem arises when I try to boot from the stick. I am using a Gigabyte motherboard and when I start up the PC, the Gigabyte screen loops twice and then I get an empty blue screen. If I leave it, the PC restarts and continues this loop. Everything that is supposed to be listed in my BIOS is there. I went into my BIOS and disabled the secure boot and still suffered the same error. Help help help. I have a i5-3570s with 12 GB RAM. GT 710 Graphics card with 2GB VRAM. Just Recently my computer has gone crazy. When I boot up it brings up an error screen that windows can't find the path to the drive. I then hit the escape key and it sends me to the BIOS settings in which I hit escape again and then it will send me to Windows to boot. So I tried to Troubleshoot it by doing a clean install of windows, formatting all the drives, running on my main drive where windows is loaded(it won't even see this drive as bootable without my HDD), and clearing CMOS. Does anyone have answers???!!!!

I keep getting Blue screens of Death, on Windows 10 with the latest updates I get a few different Blue Screens of Death every now and again. Recently, quite often i get: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL I've gotten MEMORY_MANAGEMENT a few times recently I used to get a lot of VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR but it's recently stopped coming up as much. I THINK that the errors come more often when in Virtual Reality (Rift S) but it's happened randomly while just on a Discord call and on Google Chrome basically doing nothing.
