Budget (including currency): Country: Argentina Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3d modeling (poly, cad and nurbs), 3d rendering, gaming, Vr etc Other details im building a new pc, so far iv bought the motherboard, the case, the cpu & the cooler, so im almost there, im going to use mi existing storage for the time being but i am planing in buying a m.2 nvme module and another sata ssd im using my old GPU until the whole gpu market is somewhat more stable and prices are somewhat near msrp CPU: AMD 5900x Cooler: bequiet! Dark rock 4 Motherboard: ASUS TUF gaming x570 plus wifi Case: bequiet! Silent base 802 So i'm having an issue with ram clearance, i'm planning on a 2x16gb of 3200 ram setup but im worried the ram clearance is too tight, or might not fit at all, according to the MOBO manual when running a 2 module configuration only the second and last ram sockets counting from the cpu socket outward are used, which gives me some extra room, as the ram module would be further away from the cooler. The ram clearance stated in the bequiet product site is 40mm to the radiator & 23.15 to the fan. I can place the fan higher but i'm still not sure if i'm getting enough space. Anyway, my 2 candidates are either the corsair vengeance modules(34mm) or the g.skill trident Z rgb modules (44mm) of curse the trident z are taller but i think they would look great just to add a little rgb flair to my build due to the fact that all my other components are rather plain, im planning a black & white build so both could work fine black corsairs or white rgb lit trident z. Sorry for the long post. Would appreciate some tips, insights or any kind of help.

I'm planning to upgrade from R5 2600 + GTX 1060 + PRIME B450-A => 2K Gaming to R5 5600X + RTX 3080 + (Asus X570+ or GIGABYTE X570 AORUS PRO) => 4K gaming with Web Development (Office work) I did some research and somewhere it's stated that Asus X570+ uses only 4 phase where GIGABYTE has 12 phase and better for RAM OC with Intel LAN chip. I kinda new to these technical stuff can anyone please explain which one is better and reliable .? is there any functional difference that I need to worry about .? Thanks,

After a lot of filtering and research I landed on these 3 boards. I need S/PDIF Out for my AVR btw the CPU is going to be a 3700/3800, but that is not relevant since I don't do extreme OC, just enable PBO and XMP profile Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite (213-225€) Gigabyte Aorus pro x570 (262-289€) ASUS TUF X570-PLUS (221-230€) They all seem to have no segment display for troubleshooting, only blinking LED, the TUF has Realtec LAN instead of Intel. Is it that bad? the Aorus Elite and Pro have the same Rear I/O, but the TUF has a front usb type C connector (is it gen 1 or 2? websites mix that up every time) the Sound chip is virtually the same ALC1200 vs ALC1220 does it even matter?? (I will be sending audio signal by optical cable to a surround system, so I don't know how much the integrated chip will help for this or if it does not matter at all in my case ) if you see anything else I am missing let me know! like maybe who has a less bulky VRM cooler for better compatibility (but today they all seem to fit anyway) (I have 2 old 500gb SSD I will be recycling, for the OS I'm still looking between a cheap Nvme or just a good SSD. apparently as long as they have a good cache it does not matter. and since I have the space in my case 4 Sata ports are enough for me, I can even add 1 HDD. so I don't need 6 or 8 sata or 3 M.2 slots...

I recently built a PC a few days ago and it booted fine and I have been using it until today. I turned on my PC and my keyboard's RGB would light up but not my mouse. Then it say show no display. All RGB and fans (cpu, gpu, chasis) seem to be on and running, even the ram's RGB turns on. MOBO: Asus TUF X570 Gaming plus Wifi CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 RAM: 2x8 G.Skill Trident Z RGB PSU: Corsair CX650M The Q-LED on the TUF X570 displays a solid orange light under dram so I looked to the manual and it said it was related to memory. I tried all these ways to troubleshoot. 1. Reconnected DVI cables from both monitor and GPU DVI port 2. Power cycled holding the power button after shutdown 3. Reseated the RAM, one stick, and tried different channels for RAM configuration 4. Reseated GPU and tried in a different PCI-E 5. I attempted to clear CMOS through the 2 pin on my board and using a screwdiver after PC powered off and PSU plugged off. 6. CMOS clear with removing the battery and waiting for 10-15 long minutes of pure defeat 7. Disconnected all components from PSU & motherboard (except CPU & CPU fan) and reconnected. 8. Tried a different monitor with HDMI and DVIZ None of those steps worked or caused any different to the status (no display at any point and orange dram led on) Any help or advice would be appreciated .

I watched this video as I was upgrading my PC and specifically ordered this ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 based on this video. How do I get my ram to run at 3600 mHz. I am pretty proficient with CPU overclocking, but have not ever done anything with changing ram speeds. It is running at 2666 without changing anything in BIOS

Hi all, Has anyone encountered the same scenario as mine? 140mm case fan starts spinning upon boot then stops after a few seconds. - QFAN control set at 100% - All fan headers are PWM, rated at 12v max 1A each. Both fans (up and down) are connected via splitter, previously worked as intended (full speed) but I noticed this behavior only after a few days. Already tried the following: X swapped the splitter locations X connected the fan alone via splitter X connected the fan directly to the mobo fan header X connected the fan to another fan header X set fan speed to 100% via Argus Monitor ? Tried optimizing all fans via the BIOS control, once the bios reaches this particular fan, it starts spinning for the "test" but then stops again after the optimization ? Once got stuck on a startup error, the fan spun continuously until I reached the loading screen Noctua NF-A14 Chromaxx fan, ASUS TUF X570 Wifi Mobo, 700W PSU, all other fans are spinning as intended. Hi, new to the forums here. I’ve been recently having some minor issues with my recent purchase of an ASUS monitor. On occasion when I turn on my computer, the monitor turns on, then goes to black, then on, then black, then finally on again. It works fine with no issues when web browsing, but when I open up some games, it will sometimes crash or appear to crash. It will sometimes go back to working fine after a couple minutes of leaving it alone, but sometimes a restart is what it takes. Gaming works great when these issue don’t present themselves, so I don’t know if it’s some over clocking or some retarded power saving mode that’s causing this. Also, the vga light seems to come on after a crash or major stutter. As I said, gaming works great when it wants to at high refresh rate, and I’ve delved into some surface level error tracking in some hardware and software management applications, but I haven’t found squat. Maybe I don’t know what to look for. Super frustrating and a little anxiety inducing. I don’t want to have to return back parts just because I missed something that could have been fixed by me. Also, this monitor was purchased brand new from Newegg.

First time building a gaming/editing PC myself and I got all the parts in and connected to the power supply but I have been able to power on the build. My motherboard lights up when I turn on the power supply but the power button does nothing. I’ve tried using the power button with the f panel cable that comes pre connected to the case, the adapter it comes with, and even the screwdriver trick but nothing happens. Not even the fans starting to spin. I’ve tried reseating the motherboard and the memory and made sure all the connections are plugged in right but nothing’s worked so far. I’m going to try to reset the CMOS and then just straight up try redoing all the wire connections but I’m skeptical that either will work. Just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas as to what could be causing it or any possible solutions to my problem. CPU: It's the best one at the market and I was able to get it for reasonable price, I wanted to wait for new CPUs to come but I think they might come as late as Q4 2022, plus it will probably not be compatible on AM4 socket Cooler: I will leave my PC on overnight so I want something silent, I trust Noctua quality and performance, I don't know how much I will be pushing my CPU, this cooler should give me room to breathe.
