So I am not sure how official this is yet but I wanted to see what other Overwatch players think about a potential Overwatch live action show. I think its kind of like the animated shorts but live action and longer like a show. Is this possible to do live action vs. animated? Will anyone care? I mean no one I know liked Warcraft. Sooo not sure if this would do well. Thoughts?

Okay so first forum post, so excuse any newbie errors. Also I did have a look around the forum for similar issues, but couldn't really find one that solved what I was dealing with. Long story short, i was using a gaming laptop for 2 years, until for some reason its stopped working, and I haven't had the time to get it looked into. So anyway I part harvested that along with spare parts lying around my house and mates houses, and ended up with the following build (this might help someone tell me what I've totally screwed up, hence why I'm listing this stuff first since its a bit of a mess) : - Adata 256GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD from my laptop as the boot drive - 1TB 2.5 inch HDD (cant remember the brand, i think it was a 7200rpm not sure) also from my laptop - EVGA GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2.0 swapped out from an old build - Intel Core I5-6500 (3.2ghz base) - 12Gb DDR4 2133mhz RAM - Biostar TB250-BTC Pro V6.0 Motherboard - Thermal Take 650W PSU - Some deep cool CPU air cooler - Windows 10 Anyway, those specs shouldn't be a problem playing anything on 1080/60 with high / ultra settings, for the most part anyway. Recently though, after putting this build together, I've been getting frequent stuttering while running games at a capped 60fps. Never drops from 60fps, just occasionally freezes for half a second, usually when there is gunfire in fps and such related games. Never had a problem like this on an old build, with the aforementioned 970, an Intel i5-4460, 8gb ddr3 and 600w psu with a stock cooler. (running ultra in almost all games with no issues what so ever.) So since the specs of this are more capable, i'm wondering why there is this stuttering occurring. Nvidia drivers are up to date, same with any other drivers i have relating to my current components. Even swapped out a Pentium G4560 to upgrade to the current i5-6500 but it changed very little. I have disabled windows game bar, as well as Nvidia in-game overlay. Prior to disabling the Nvidia in-game overlay, i was getting more frequent freezing, after disable freezes/ micro stuttering are less frequent but when they happen they instead of lasting like 0.5-1 second or less, they last like 4 seconds. Not sure if i will have to backdate Nvidia drivers like some people have done, but some people say that works while others don't. Also it isn't a thermal issue, CPU temperatures maxed out at 45C, GPU at 60C after playing Fortnite (or rather trying to) for 2 hours on high settings, with constant freezing (old build could handle epic at 60fps no issues) . Also this GPU is only set to turn its fans on when it hits 60C, so not a clue why its doing this since both CPU and GPU are never anywhere near 100% used, occasional spikes on the CPU side but usually CPU sits at about 60% utilization, GPU at like i think 30-40 from memory. Also, would it be because i didn't format or do a settings wipe on the os drive after just straight swapping it into the build? I think that's about all I have to add, but if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Edit: Have totally uninstalled nvidia drivers and experience, reinstalled an old driver without experience and the problem still persists.

Hello, I have a RTX2070 an i7-7800X and 32gb ram. I have tried to play GTAV but when I play it I get around (not steady) 30 to 45fps ingame. But not higher than that. Its really weird because all settings are normal and vsync is off. I dont actually understand this because my pc can easily handle GTAV. Also a friend of mine has a ryzen 5 and rx580 and he runs gta high settings 100fps easy so i dont understand this... please help me out! Thanks in advance

How we doin guys so basically its as simple as the title says. First ill start off with my build so you can understand a bit better. But the issue is basically stuttering and dropping frames on games and stream. Build Amd Ryzen 7 1800x Liquid cooled dual fan DDR4 3200mhz 16gb RTX 2060 Superclocked Asus rock mobo b450 pro 650 watt psu dont remember the brand 2 ssds 1 hard drive and nvme m.2 My monitor is a 2560x1440p 144hz monitor Basically when streaming im dropping frames like i said. Some of my buddies says my gpu outpowers my cpu but im not completely sure so i dont know if i should use my software 264x or nvenc I use streamlabs i play black ops 4 and other hard to run shooters like pubg The stream is usually downgraded to a 720p So like i said is there any other settings i can do or if anyone has something i should try for streaming like different settings or something im not completely sure Kinda feels like my cpu is lacking but im not entirely sure Internet is 100mbs down 7upload i stream at 3000 bitrate Any comments or help will be greatly appreciated just sick of small stutters and frame drops here and there I run black ops 4 on 1440p and almost all settings low i get about 80 fps but frames do drop sometimes

So probably near the end of the year I will want to upgrade my laptop. It is still a great powerhouse, but I need something more color accurate and powerful for current gen games as well. So I'm honestly looked for suggestions on laptops that can do Color accurate work, good at gaming and is in a 17 in size. Plus a full-size SD card reader would be great too.

Hey Guys. So I’ve been building my PC on and off for a couple of years. I started off by buying a GTX 1070 Ti, and a MSI H110M gaming motherboard (DDR4, LGA 1151). I already have a 500gb SSD lying around from a previous PC build, as well as a Terabyte HDD. I already have a cooling setup. All I have left is a Processor and RAM. My monitor is 1080p 60hz. The Processor I had in mind was an Intel Core i5 8400 (Lga 1151). And 8gb DDR4 RAM. This is the exact spec list : -Asus Turbo GTX 1070 Ti -MSI H110M Gaming Motherboard -Thermaltake Casing -Samsung 500gb SSD -Intel Core i5 8400 Processor -Corsair Vengeance LPX 1 x 8gb DDR4 RAM My question was if this PC would be able to run games such as Apex Legends at 1080p Max Settings with a stable framerate and minimal bottlenecking?

Hello, I have an issue and I don't really know if there is anything I can necessarily do about it or not. I have very little experience when it comes to part compatibility and cooperation. So I need help! I'm running a system that I built in 2013 when I was 12, fast forward to now I just decided to throw a better graphics card in it and overclock the cpu before college.. because why not. Even after doing this I still get about the same fps when it comes to game play. In overwatch I would average 90-140 frames with my old graphics card (960 2gb), also the cpu used to be clocked at 4.0ghz, and now its pretty much the same except I get anywhere from 90-170. (with 2060 and cpu at 4.6ghz) I'm sure I need alot more information before I or someone else can really pinpoint what the problem is... I just really don't know what to start with. My i7 7700k, oc to 4.8hz, and GTX 1080 are running games at around 60 FPS, while the CPU is at 100% and GPU at 70%. I already tried reinsalling GeForce drivers, vsync is off, although I have a 144hz display, but games still run lower than what they should. For example: Rainbow Six Siege would run at 140 FPS usually, but now its running at 50/60 FPS with drops to 40. I also tried seeing if the PSU had a problem, but with CPUID HWMonitor it showed that there wasn´t a problem. Please I need a solution so I can play Warzone, thanks in advance.

Im trying to switch to linux. But that last problem im running into is that I cant get my csgo to run about 60 HZ I tried putting starting commands in but not change. I play on 4:3 1280:960 I tried putting a costume resolution for 144 HZ. No effect sady, anyone any ideas? Exuse me for my poor grammer.

I have an XPS 9365 with a core i-7. Since the device uses integrated graphics I have not found many games that run well. I have tried the common ones like Fortnite and Apex but these don't run well.( i get a max of 30 fps on ultra low settings) Does anyone have any recommendations of what games to play or how to make games run faster? Hey all, so I got my hands on an old company computer that was rocking an i7-6700 on an Asus H110m-plus board. Nothing special but the cpu wasn't half bad, do you guys suggest building around that cpu? I was thinking of swapping the case, psu, adding a gpu and a new ssd. Hi y'all... I use some help. I use a Razer Death Adder, which I really like, and a QCK pad. I've always had a problem with cloth pads where my mouse gets stuck while I'm moving it. The surface is clean, but the mouse doesn't glide so easily - as if it's running over sticky syrup or something. This probably stems from the fact that I sweat a lot when I play, and my pad gets drenched. I've lately been using wipes and powder to help with this. I also press down hard with my hand when using my mouse, which obviously creates more friction. I've been trying to practice not pressing as hard, but I naturally do it. Anyone have any suggestions? I suppose I need a pad that works well for someone who presses down hard when using their mouse, and also allows for easy movement without feeling "sticky" under these conditions. Thanks so much.

So I am getting a new monitor and am stuck at an impasse. I am looking at the Samsung 27" LC27JG52QQNXZA WFHD Curved Gaming Monitor 16:9, 4(GTG) ms, 2560 x 1440 and the MSI Optix MAG27C 27" FreeSync LED Curved Monitor I 1920 x 1080, 144Hz, 1ms. The MSI monitor is a 1080p with a 1ms MPRT response time wile the Samsung is 2560 x 1440p with a 4ms GtG response rate. Which monitor do you guys think is better? I really like both and am thinking the Samsung may be better for the price.

As in the news lately, you can stream games from your PC to your XboxOne now (or better than before) with their "Wireless Display" app on Xbox. I want to use this feature but my PC cannot see my Xbox as a device to connect to wirelessly. I downloaded the "Wireless Display" application on both my Windows 10 PC and my XboxOne, I have them connected to the same wifi and when i use winkey+P then click "Connect to a wireless display" I don't see my Xbox as an option to stream to. GPU: TWO Asus gtx 780 direct CU II OC. Harddrives: 3SSD's RAM: 16gb Corsair vengeance 1600mhz ( yet cant get em to run at 1600mhz since its made for Intel stuff, well i can but the system dont run that good cus i cant change a timing to 160). well thats about it, i was wondering what youre opinions are on what i should upgrade to and at the lowest cost possible. like motherboard and cpu or something idk, thats why im here to hear you guys's opinion. So I need some help. I have a MSI gaming laptop with a 1060gpu. It has a 60hz monitor which is good but I want to get a new external monitor. From my research, a display port cable is much better than HDMI. My laptop has a mini display port and I can’t find the best MINI DISPLAY PORT TO DISPLAY PORT CABLE!! Need some help guys and girls! I want the best because I am getting a gsync 240hz monitor. Want to get as much data as possible. And I prefer the highest Gen possible. 1.3 or 1.4 whatever is the newest with the best data rate. But it NEEDS to be mini to regular display port. Also prefer to not use an adapter. Thanks for any help!! And I know I won’t get the full 240hz but it will be much higher than 60hz and the gsync will be much appreciated ??. Also this is the monitor I am thinking of getting.....
