Hey everyone, I am building my first pc in a fractal torrent compact, I have everything set up and it turns on and temps are normal. I have a Z790-P PRIME WiFi Intel LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard And i cant find where to plug in this last cord that starts at the top of the case. Its not apart of the psu. It came attached to the case and it attaches to a metal plate on the top of the case where the psu compartment is. To me it looks like a grounding cord but i dont know where it plugs into on the motherboard. Any thoughts? (I attached an image of the plug and where it starts at the top of the case)

I have a i5-10600k and i recently bought a 4060 not even thinking about the bottleneck, Does anyone have suggestions on what cpu i should pair with a 4060?

I've just finished saving for a pc( I've got around 2600$ USD for a pc with a monitor), but intel's 14th gen and AMD's 8th or 9th gen is going to come out in a few months, so I dont really know anymore if I should wait with my money or just buy it now, what do I do?
