  1. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if anyone here is into luxury watches like Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet. If so, what got you hooked on watches? I first got started when I stumbled upon this video by watch website http://www.hodinkee.com/ about a year ago. It was a video about John Mayer talking about his watch collection and his passion for watches. Ever since then, I have been delving into the world of both modern and vintage watches. Everything from limited edition watches to watches that auction for well over a million dollars. I just think it's so interesting how small details of a watch and multiply its worth ten fold. But that's my little spiel on watches.
  2. My favorite thing about the Z2 is that it has a glass back so it has a greater chance of breaking. My favorite thing about dbrand is that a skin will hopefully prevent that from happening
  3. I was on a roller coaster. My friends forced me to go on a roller coaster. There was nothing wrong with the ride, I just felt like I almost died on it.
  4. So I should preface this post by saying that I want a job in something tech related, whether that be a Best Buy or an Apple Store. If you do have experience in a tech retail store like the aforementioned ones or obscure ones like TigerDirect.com, Micro Center, Fry's Electronics, etc., or know friends who work in these kinds of stores, I would really appreciate it if you gave me some input as to what it's like having a job in a place like this! My mom keeps pushing me to get a job as a cashier at a Walmart or Target. I told her that if I'm going to work in a place that doesn't pay much, I might as well work in a place that I would find interesting and that would come with benefits that I would actually take advantage of.
  5. Based on the experiences of my other friends, if you plan to go ivy league after high school, you might as well go for it to get your GPA and class rank up. Otherwise, taking as many AP classes as you can is just as good for most public colleges as long as you keep your grades up. In terms of your sophomore and freshmen years of high school, IB makes almost no difference, but the workload gets ridiculous in your junior and senior years. Also it's more expensive because you have to take your AP exams and IB exams. All of my friends who are going to a big public high school tell me that it really isn't worth it.
  6. My favorite feature has got to be that retractable antennae!
