  1. Currently have a Logitech G502 and a Tesoro Durandal Ultimate Esports. I don't play that many games like LoL but this keyboard is one of the best constructed keyboards I've come across. Build construction is nearly identical to the Corsair K70
  2. I find it pretty amazing it's able to project an image that big that close to the wall. Technology is moving so fast....
  3. I have been given an old laptop for school, it has a 160gb HDD with bad sectors. Otherwise it's decent. I'd really like to get it up and running so I can use it to program in my free period. I built a PC for a friend and I currently have a 120gb ssd in my main rig which is great, I told him he should get an ssd and he fought me every meter of the way, sayings things like "I don't need my pc to boot up fast". Once I convinced him to get one, he came up to me and said "wow, that is amazing, ssd's are great" it's great when you're right!

  5. I would use this processor to game to my hearts content
  6. My favorite item would have to be the AIO liquid cooler, Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure it is the only AOI liquid cooler that has a 2 pump design!
  7. Title says it all, I'm looking to buy a fan controller for my PC as I have had it with the noise and not being able to control my fans to my liking. The cheapest one will do but would like something that can control 4 - 6 fans, doesn't have to have a LCD display, and most IMPORTANTLY can control 3 pin Voltage controlled fans AND 4 pin PWM controlled fans Thanks for your help
  8. I'm a AMD type of guy but reading about how efficient the 900 series are, it really did amaze me. The Omega cards look great and would definitely keep cool with a high OC
  9. I am currently building a PC, I have a Gigabyte 990FX - UD3 mobo running a FX 8350 with 16GB of RAM which supports 2 way sli/crossfire. I am wondering what would be the best graphics config I could get for $600? I have a 1000watt psu so it really doesn't matter what the power consumption is of the cards Here are my ideas 2 x R9 280X 2 x R9 270X 1 x R9 290 2 x GTX 670 Please leave your advice below, it would really help me
  10. FSP has a good reputation and I don't want to shell out over $400 for a corsair PSU or Thermaltake
  11. Yeah I was looking at A FSP aurum on trade me, was used for a mining config for 6 months and is still under 5 year warranty so I'm leaning towards that.
  12. My budget is $200 NZL and I am located in New Zealand. Would prefer to have 1000+ watt
  13. I'm looking to buy this power supply but I am not sure whether or not it is trustworthy, I heard that Acbel make industrial PSU'S and makes Gigabytes OEM PSU'S. I have a decision between this and a FSP Aurum 1000W which is gold rated but am not sure if it is that good either Planning to do crossfire with either 2 R9 280X'S or 2 R9 290'S I know 1000+ watts is over kill but I'd rather have more for future upgrades Thanks for your help
  14. I would have to say after watching Linus tech tips for nearly a year now, it has taught me heaps about computing and how to get the best price on components! I wait for you to post a new video every day cause you videos just entertain me with that key mix of comedy, electronics and community. Just keep on doing what you're doing! It's great!!!! :)
