is this a good monitor ?

No reason against the VZ27AQ, other than I do not think it's a good value (you can get similar specs for less money). Therefore, if IPS is a requirement, here are some other alternatives that should fit the bill: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B9M7CQC/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KYCSRSG/

is this a good monitor ?

For around that price I'd probably get this instead: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EN3Z7QQ/ Maybe this if you don't care about the higher refresh rate that the above one has: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0787XMLZQ/

Intel Comet Lake Packs Up to 10 Cores

I'm not quite sure this was their intention, considering Cannon Lake and 10nm woes. But I guess that goes along with the "depending on whom you ask." Nevertheless, I would surmise that the majority believes Intel's core count increases were mostly a knee-jerk reaction to AMD Ryzen. However, you will also find those who do claim it was Intel's plan all along. Either way, it's great for the consumer, regardless of the truth behind the matter.

Intel Comet Lake Packs Up to 10 Cores

Source: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/intel-comet-lake-cpu-specs-10-cores,38806.html To believe only three years ago Intel's top of the line mainstream CPUs were only 4C8T. Yet, here we are looking at 10C20T CPUs being released as mainstream parts in 2019. It's really a wonderful thing when competition is brought into a market, and we have AMD and Ryzen to thank for this. Also looking back, three years ago, a 10C20T CPU from Intel would have cost you nearly $1800 USD as an HEDT part. While there are no rumors on pricing, we can at least think Zen 2 could quite possibly push the price down to more than half of what it was for a 10C20T 6950X: that's if Intel wants to retain its relevancy in the marketplace. Which also means they are going to have to do better than i9-9820X pricing as well; especially if any of the Ryzen 3000 series rumors are to be correct (12C24T for $300 and 16C32T for $449).

    Roccat Purchased by Turtle Beach

Source: https://www.guru3d.com/news_story/roccat_purchased_hy_turtle_beach.html Been using Roccat Peripherals for about seven years now, and absolutely love them for various reasons. Own two Roccat Kone XTDs and will probably continue to use them far into the future. I hope that QC doesn't drop because of the acquirement, and if anything, Roccat becomes even stronger of a brand.

EVGA RTX 2060 XC vs XC BLACK

You might want to watch this video made by Tech Yes City, as it's relevant since you live in Australia: It's concerning the price difference between the 2060 and 2070 in AUS, and how it's a better investment to get the 2070.
