Macropad update:
The first four 3D printed SA keycaps have been printed, and they do fit on the switches. They are really tight, though.
The Pro Micro has been programmed (after some significant issues), by a very helpful friend.
Here's the keycaps. On a calculator, because white on white doesn't show too well.
