  1. Windows all the way, its better, cheaper and more reliable. also you can hackintosh it if you want to
  2. if its a recently bought you can add a ssd and ram to it. i mean intel 4th gen or later. 8G ram and 256 ssd+caddy for your old drive should not break the bank.
  3. i hate animes and they keep popping at my suggested content bcoz my brother watching them on LG smart tv with my account
  4. the XPS is the best option, never had a matebook but it seems interesting and might worth some buck
  5. ryzen 3 quad core cpus + 8G ram +1060 +ssd scavenge your old hdd orr upgrade the cpu to the cheapest ryzen 5 available if you have some cash leftover
  6. what games on earth that require more than 4 cores, 8 threads? nuclear builder?
  7. sure its a good value for intel last gen, if you can get it cheaper it will make your day, sure ryzen is cheaper but intel offers higher turbo and many 7700K can reach about 5G if you are lucky
  8. Hi as the subject says. is there a possible way to block anime content in youtube? or any certain category>
  9. many has done a conversion on an old or broken laptops into a decent HTPCs, while i think its interesting and i already have a decent core i5 on hand i still dont have all the resources needed for the conversion (especially tools wise)
  10. dude, the last time i had a single core machine on LGA 775 it was only good for booting windows. even low power 6 watts celeron chips used in recent laptops is much powerful
  11. well nobody is not interested. i am a PC guy for the past of my life and most likely my future but i love to see mac reviews. also while i love a thing or two in apple OS but i hate the limit they impose on everyone using their devices. thats why i think i will never leave my PC anytime soon
  12. i really can think of many scenarios VPN would be necessary, but for normal day to day use i would not need it.
  13. upgrading the CPU is very popular on youtube and was done many times. its boring BTW because it wont matter much to most of people
  14. pretty solid, just upgrade the GPU and get a larger ssd
  15. with all my respect its no brainier idea, what is the thing that you can upgrade in mac except ssd and ram in best cases. CPU upgrades if possible are not worthy of scrapyard wars style
