    Yes I know. I still dont like them cause of the torque. and 95% of the time you get the non reusable ones.

    Can a tech company count? And no its not Apple. Comcast. I hate Comcast with undying passion. They treat there customers poorly. They've tried so many times to not get net neturality past. Tech support for them is a game of how long before you wanna punch the nearest living thing to you.

    People using zip ties as cable management. I hate them cause they aren't reusable and I've people seen torque them and pinch wires. I also before I switched to twist ties cut a wire accidentally that way removing a zip tie. Building in piano black gloss PC cases. I dunno why they love attracting fingerprints from across the known universe and prolly a few multiverses as well.

    I'm kinda of the class that would like to know any problems with the computer before i start using it for something. That's just me though.

    This will really show my age but here I go. Insert a P2 266 in a slot 1 backwards. the notch was broken. Fry an Athlon MP 2000+ machine by overclocking. (This was my own personal rig). The magic blue smoke came out that day along with a lot of crying. Made my PSU catch fire one time. I was low on cash and needed a machine now should of never bought this cheap chinese one. I still cant figure out what caused the fire in the thing as everything was charred to bits.

    can you do it? Yes. Is it safe? No. You might wanna consider replacing that outlet if you can or have the person who owns the place do it.

    the usual line of stuff. PC Mark is good for general stuff. Furmark for gpu Prime 95 for stability testing.

    if money is no object I'd go for the i7-4790 if it is go for 9370.

    None to be quite honest. I've seen things fail from all brands. I prefer using a pool system for brands. I kinda quit doing that brand loyality thing way back in the day. Using the rating systems of various sites like ncix,newegg,amazon and other places. Never assume just because its a good brand they arent capable of producing crap.

    Yes it will boot without a GPU in the pci express slot. the CPU your using has a GPU on it. Most bioses are intelligent enough to know when you plug a GPU into the pci express slot and default to the gpu you plugged in. Also if recall right the Video Cards(GPU) bios loads before your actual PC's. I dunno if this is still the case with EFI based bios.

    I think it it is probably more for legal reasons then anything. The contracts they have are You Tube only. Also there might be something in vessels contract with them about intergration of ads into the videos.

    That is true it just depends on the router itself. WRT54g being a good example of this. Some manufacturers actually use the same board for many different models. It does go without saying that you kinda have to research it out but the dd-wrt/tomato communities in general is really helpful.
