  1. Haha, a stable 24fps and we could call it a cinematic experience.
  2. Yeah that's also what I told him but he's getting stupidly low drops, like in the 10s and 20s.
  3. Not my machine, asking for a friend. But hes playing at 1080p and mostly playing PUBG on medium atm. He's constantly getting framedrops but I just recommended him to buy a legal copy of W10 and reinstall everything.
  4. It would most often be the top slot but knowing the model number of the Wi-Fi card would certainly help.
  5. Hi, Do you guys think an FX-8150 could be bottlenecking an RX460? I know it's an old CPU (6 years old actually holy shit) but it's clocked decently high and has 4 physical cores. Also according to some benchmarks the FX-8150 is often compared to the i5-3570k which i'm pretty sure shouldn't bottleneck an RX460. Thoughts?
  6. haha obviously because they connect to the CPU directly. Was just wondering if external ones that plug into the PCI-E slots would perform better in any possible way. Thanks for the advice!
  7. Great, the motherboard has 2 Intel network adapters. Will it perform better if I buy PCI-E based ones?
  8. Bandwith to the WAN is about 1 gigabit, we are mostly playing online and this would be around 100 users.
  9. Hey guys, I am in dire need of a router for a LAN party that we hold annually at my school. I have an old motherboard, Q6600 and 8gb of ddr2 lying around and i've heard that pfsense is quite efficient with system resources. Would this setup work with about 100 users? If not what would you guys recommend for this kind of load?
  10. Your monitor most likely has DVI set as it's default display input, this can be easily adjusted in the monitor settings.
  11. "Hey there neighboroo, do you mind if I use your oven?"
  12. I've not thought of trying this, how do I customize the BIOS of a GPU?
  13. That's the thing, the card isn't necessarily "dead" it displays an image but it won't run shit.
  14. Huh, that actually sounds like a good idea, remove the IO as well?
