Ah ok, so it uses all the VRAM that'e why it shows 6000+MB used. Actually Jayz2cent is also running the HD texture pack in the video. What fps are you getting? I am wondering if the fps I am getting is normal. I'm on 1080p though.

Hi, I was playing Shadow Of Mordor for a couple of days and yesterday I found out there was a HD texture pack for it. After installing it, there is a lot of difference in the graphics now. What I would like to know is that I saw in the Steam HD Texture pack description that this pack requires at least 6GB of VRAM, but reading comments from other users show that they are able to play this game with HD Texture pack with no issues with cards that have less than 6GB of VRAM. So when I was playing the game with the Texture pack installed it shows as 5900MB to 6000+MB of VRAM being used. I am curious how come even Jayz2cents showed a video with 970 with about less than 3.5GB of VRAM being used. I am getting about 100fps on average on 1080p screen in this game is that normal? I run a EVGA 980ti FTW factory overclocked only (Just got it few days ago no time to OC yet) Thanks.

Thanks for the advise guys. I was thinking of getting a card that is also "future proof" so hence figured the 980 is a better bet than 970. Also should I hold out and wait for the new GPU to release? I think Pascal chips should be out next year? Maybe there will be a GTX X80 :lol: I can use GeForce Now for the time being I guess.

Hi Guys, I have a Sapphire R9 290 Vapor-X 4GB card. This card is awesome for me, I can play my games at ultra settings on 1080p. Now the thing is, I got myself a Nvidia Shield Android TV. So now in order to play my desktop games on my Shield I need a Nvidia Card. What Nvidia card is a good replacement for my R9 290? I know that a good comparison could be a GTX970 however that is out due to the 3.5GB Vram issue. How about a EVGA GTX980 maybe? Thanks.

I'm using H100i H100i H100i, My temps were hitting 90-95 on some cores, i used 1.2 volts as per linus overclocking guide and i was running 4.2Ghz on all core and this happened.

Hi, I am trying to overclock my 4770K CPU and I have been using aida64 for the stress testing. And the graph shows that CPU overheating detected after some time. Do I leave it to go further till it goes to blue screen or should I stop when it says overheating? Thanks.

Yupe, I did connect the internal USB header. I tried 2 different headers and still nothing. I did read that the Asus AI suite tends to mess with the Corsair Link software and I did have the AI suite installed prior to getting the H100i. But even after uninstalling the AI suite the H100i is not detected.

Hi, I bought a H100i and set it up recently. It works great except I am not able to detect the H100i in the Corsair Link Software. Any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks.

I normally prefer the vanilla Android, but I really loved some parts of the LG UI. Things that I think that are awesome Ability to customize the soft buttons Ability to change the keyboard size Ability to have dual window mode Ability to reply from the app itself I would love to have this phone, besides the Korean LTE should work where I'm from!
