  2. How did you manage to test it out, what program/game were you using?
  3. Well, seems to be stable when on stock settings. I highly doubt it is a blown capacitor since the card never ever reached over 70c. Probably just unstable OC.
  4. gonna leave the game on for tonight at stock settings to see if theres a problem, gonna report tomorrow.
  5. If its blown capacitors, then it shouldnt work in the first place...? Still linking towards the psu issue not providing enough power and causing it to bsod and crash.
  6. I'll try to increase the voltage up to +87mv and see if the problem still occurs.
  7. yeah, i had 560 ti that was running at 80c for straight 2 years ^^, and yes, it is still alive. what does "blew a cap" mean?
  8. So it ain't a problem with the power delivery? Well, nevertheless, i guess ill rma tommorow.
  9. Ok so i've been playing Black flag and this problem occurred to me the 4th time. My theory is that maybe it is the lack of power that my gpu is getting and its causing this crash (bsod later) or is it unstable oc? my psu is fortron raider 650w the bronze certified one. The bsod codes though that i get are 133 and 141. Note, a week ago i was gaming ac unity and i never had these issues before. And the gpu also passed stress tests and such.. Maybe.... my overclocked cpu is whats causing the crash? since maybe its drawing too much power causing instability with power delivery to the gpu. So do I need a new psu, or should i RMA the card? p.s note, the first screen is my gaming monitor, and the secondary one is for monitoring etc..
  10. Actually, in terms of the 2013 gpu battle, AMD outclassed nvidia with price/perf and better cooled cards (sapphire 290 for example) And yeah, Ill go with 970 I guess, since I am tired sitting with my 560 ti
  11. I mean, I can take it, but the thing is, this so what called "20nm" technology is a game changer?
  12. Should I go for a 970 or wait for a 20nm 390? Im kind of stuck on this decision, since I don't really know if 20nm will be revolutionary or wth....
  13. No, its the card itself, the problem is that asus has done a shitty and a bad design on 280x cards, they are rich in artifacts right out of the box, it happens because the VRAM is overheating, just try to get your money back like I did and save up for 970
  14. Been watching Linus for 3 years now, I've learned about PC's thanks to him, congrats with 1mil subs and keep it rolling till 10mil
