Lost my NFS Payback progress (about 80% of the career, didn't have all that many cars anyway) when I formatted my main drive... Apparently with Origin you need to enable cloud saves for the games... Come on EA...

    What bums me is the fact that cloud saves aren't like preset...

    I played Need for Speed Carbon back in the day for the PS2, was on the final race and the game froze and it corrupted my save file

    Never played it again

    to be fair steam cloud being enabled by default sucks ass if you screw up configs in a game
