Hello, My surface book has some issues. I am unable to detach the screen because it says the battery doesn't have enough charge to do so. The battery menu shows battery 1 is fine, but battery 2 is "0% but not charging" while plugged in. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I don't understand why it doesn't work. Thanks

Hello, I recently bought Klipsch Promedia 4.1 speakers, and have some trouble getting the two rear speakers to work. My motherboard is an Asrock Z97 Anniversary (serial number: M80-5C011800581). I have Windows 10. No idea what to do, The sub and the two front ones work just fine. Would like to get the other two to work. There are two cables one purple one green. I plugged the green one in the green mobo socket and the purple one in the pink (mic) socket. I put the purple one there because I notice the main speaker has a mic port for headphones and what not so I assumed it needs to be connected to the mic in some form. Thanks for any help!

Sorry for the late reply. How come my GPU usage isn't 100%? In games such as BF1, it quite often dips significantly below this, especially when I am around a lot of people. It's quite annoying as the FPS decreases a lot. Any suggestions? -
Hello, I have an i5 4570S with a GTX 970 and 16GB of ram. Is the CPU a bottleneck? In games such as BF1, when I get close to a bunch of people with action, my GPU usage falls from ~95-99 to 60 sometimes. As a result, my FPS drops. In other words, I sometimes have unstable GPU usage. I thought it should be good enough. Any ways to fix this? Should I get a new Haswell chip? Running at 3.6GHZ (36x multiplier in the mobo). Thanks in advance for your responses and help.

Oh okay. Is there any benefit to quantum dot vs the MSI one? I dunno it seems cooler but idk if it's worth 100$ more. I could also get one that's 100$ less then the MSI but it's flat. Dunno what I should do lol. Any recommendations? Thanks for your reply.

For games like csgo, I do. I have a 970. For bf1 I'll get like 75 frames. But I still like csgo at 144. Thanks for your reply.

Hello, I am looking to buy a new monitor. I would like it to be at least 100Hz, as my previous one was 144Hz, and it's hard to go back to 60. I play some games such as CSGO, BF1 and a few RTS games. I care about the color reproduction, viewing angles, and eye strain. My friends PC has a 4690K and both mine, and his run at 100% usage (on task manager). However, he doesn't have any problems in game. My CPU cooler is just a metal block (no fan on it), the temps I'm getting with core temp are 65 while in BF1 (which seems normal to me). Thanks for your reply.

Hello, I have an i5 4570Sm 16GB ram, as well as a R9 290x. In BF1, my GPU usage is all over the place (as seen below), and I have wild FPS fluctuations. I was wondering, will the 4570S bottleneck the 290X? Furthermore, I was thinking of getting a 980ti, what about that? Thanks! 290X Usage in MSI Afterburner.
