  1. Well Ive been having this BSOD for a very very long time now. Going on six months or more and I have tried everything I can think of to diagnose the cause with no success. I replaced my GPU thinking it may be the cause to no avail. I ran prime 95 for about an hour never going above 67c. I also ran windows memory dianostic about three times no with no errors what so ever being reported. Checked both my SSD and HDD no problems. My specs are as follows and I have attached a screenshot of bluescreenviewer in the hopes maybe someone out there can figure it out. I7 860 2.88GHZ 8 GBs Samsung 800mhz ram Sapphire AMD Radeon 6970 2gb Thermaltake TR2 RX 850 watt PSU My mobo is an FX6840 intel H57 chipset board Corsair Neutron GTX 120gb ssd Seagate 1TB 7200rpm HDD Any help would be hugly appreciated. I just have no idea at this point and am on the verge of pulling my hair out over this. bsod.txt
  2. the motherboard is out of a gateway FX 6840, IVe repurposed it in this pc I have not yet been able to find the exact name of the board even using CPUZ and everest. I know its chipset is the intel h57 and it is an intel board.
  3. oh okay good to know I assumed. Yeah I think flash starting and stopping has to do with firefox. It always stops playing youtube or any kind of flash video at some point. Just randomly stops. But moving the timeline back a few seconds and it works just fine again. Right now thats the least of my computer worries.
  4. Ive found another error just before the windows was shut down unexpectedly errors. event Id 1011 Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0 have no clue what this one is. Will require further research.
  5. No errors in the directory you speak of just lots of "flash player entered a stopped state" or "flash player started runnin". Very puzzled here. I see other errors in the custom views but none that pertain to this issue. Admin log: one is error event ID 10: Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected. Ive looked this up and am pretty certain its not the cause. Summary page events: Session "{3178a120-3846-4e11-bd2c-f700540c63da}" stopped due to the following error: 0xC0000188 this one is in the log multipule times but does not correspond with the times lockup has occured. Next time I lockup ill go straight to that event viewer to see if its even picking it up which I suspect its not. I see where your going with this question. I dont think its the power supply as lockups will occur simply browsing the web. Ive played games for hours on end no issues. Mostly Day Z. Which is not easy on a system.
  6. as a matter of fact I just returned to report a lockup that occured not three minites ago. Loud buzzing noise coming from speakers. I will check to see if this setting exists in my bios although im prettyy certain from memory it dosent. Will report back soon.
  7. its very strange indeed. No error message leaves me no where to being diagnosing the problem. Ive reinstalled windows after reformatting the drives and it did nothing. So it has to be hardware releated I suspect.
  8. My pc for the last few weeks hads been locking up at random interveals reqiring me to hard reset. However once back into windows theres no error message in the reliability information. This last time it frooze I hard reset and booted only to a black screen. Hard reset againb and it booted up. Any ideas? Im thinking maybe connection between hdd and mobo? I7 860 quad 8 gigs ddr3 XFX 6970 2gb Intel h57 mobo two 1 terabyte seagate barrcudda hdds thermaltake tr2 rx 850w psu
  9. on my 4th mamba in a year and 3 months :(
  10. I bought my Razer Mamba 4g wireless edition mouse from best buy about a year ago and its been the absolute worst mouse I have ever owned bar none and Ive owned quite a few. After six months the sensor just stopped working. I emailed razer and they RMA'ed the mouse and sent me a refurbished one. It worked fine for about 3 months and the sensor stopped tracking left to right. So again I send it in to razer, they send another refurbished mouse to me. IT works fine for a little over a month and now wont track up and down. Thats three mambas Ive run through in just a year and now im going to have to send it in again for a fourth time. Whatever ever cheap garbage sensor there putting in those mice arent worth 10 dollars let alone 130. Im going to pick up a steel series sensei as I hear they have very good sensors. Beware to all DO NOT BUY A MAMBA 2012 and save yourself the trouble Ive gone through. Razer however does still make some really great products, I love there black widow series and its what I've typed this post on. Just wish for 130 bucks Razer would deliver a higher quality product as there mouse is the most expensive on the market. Next time Razer don't cheap out on the sensor so you can have pretty packaging. Anyways I bought a Steel Series Sensei to replace but it feels a bit to small as I have irregularly large hands. I love the rigged scroll wheel but Ive heard the avargo 9500 sensor has some native mouse acceleration. Now I cant reproduce this on my sensei but its a well known issue on the internet. So has anyone owned a steel series sensei and a logitech g700? For TLDR: Mamba blows, looking at a steel series sensei or a logitech g700, which is better in your opinion?
