Games that were good but you never want to play again?
LeopardChurch replied to Virtual01's topic in General Discussion
Red dead redemption, man it took me nearly a year just to muster the will to play it. -
My pc being the first one that I ever built for my self does perform as I would expect it to, but beign the first one that I ever designed, I highly doubt that its price to performance is any good, I spent roughly 2 thousand back on early 2013 for my rig and I have three great regrets: buying a mid tower case, overshooting the PSU and the 660TI. Can anyone tell me if the price to performance of my rig would be any good? ( I expect it to not be) Also, would anyone be kind enough to mention how one does determine how good the price to performance ratio is?

How to move my os to another drive in my pc
LeopardChurch replied to Pcinacan's topic in Operating Systems
Just want to add that for a hard drive to be cloned to another or to an ssd the capacity must be equal or higher. So if it is lower capacity, creating an image sounds like the option. -
How much have you spent on your system
LeopardChurch replied to ELSknutson's topic in General Discussion
I spend around 2200 dollars for my computer, many noobie mistakes were made. Still regret nothing, (*lies, I just should of saved for a better GPU at the time*) -
So many doubts regarding documentation
LeopardChurch replied to LeopardChurch's topic in Programming
Thanks I'll check it out. although I know what documentation is for, what I'm having trouble with is assembling the documentation, like sequence diagrams and the such. -
Greetings. I am currently studying (well, here’s called information engineering, not sure how it’s called else where in the world) long story short. I have a lot of doubts regarding documentation and diagrams, UML and BPMN does any one recommend a good book / website that can help me understand these concepts? Thanks before hand.

To be honest, I'm still scared whenever I open the case. no longer do I work to buy replacements, so I'll just try to avoid murphy's law by being really careful.

Well, yes. but now he's asking for help to remedy the problem, any ideas?
-
That's not really helpful, while yes, he should of read something before trying, if he doesn't try, how is he going to learn?

Which motherboard do you have? Is by any chance the reset bios button stuck?
-
Well, as I read the other post you made. Try what @kameshss said (reseting your bios) Also, you have one or two sticks of RAM? If you have more than one, try with one at a time.
-
Wrong sub forum? Anyway, does your motherboard have another bios? if so, switch to that one and try it out.

Man, until 2010 I used a p4 with an ati graphics card, from 2010 to 2012 I did all my gaming on my xbox 360. Gotta say that going from 10 to 30 fps was amazing, and going from 30 to 60 was breathtaking so I am very happy with my pc, but I'm spoiled now, it's 60 or nothing now.
