  1. Hello guys! you mean Cristal disk info. This program will tel you if your drives are ok, i use it myself. It;s free! Maybe you have to update your firmware of your SSD? Check if Windows has used trim support on your SSD, never use defrag on your SSD! I hope you get it fixed
  2. I just installed the H100i yesterday. I had the same problemm, but i found the solution! If you have a usb-keybord/ mouse on your usb-2.0 header installed the H100i will give a usb error when you boot the system. The motherbord has a conflict between th H100i, and the usb-device. connect your usb-device (keybord/mous) to a usb-4.0 connector. Go to the corsair.com/forum, and download the latest link software for the H100i, its a beta, but it works! Remove the old software first before installing the new beta software. After installing the beta Ilink software, the programm may ask to update the H100i firmware to 1.7, do this. When finished the problemm shout be fixed. link beta 2.5.5.5145
  3. I have a funny story. Some time ago I worked for a big isp. I was a service mechanic, installing modems at peoples homes, and reparing bad installs. One day my boss told me to work for the isp's helpdesk, I sad ok. They had a lot of complaints about bad connections, payments, you name it. I get a call from a customer, she complains that her internet doesn't work. I ask, can you explain the problem? She said when I use my foot to use the little pedal with the 2 buttons nothing happens? I told her, mam that is not a foot pedal, that is a mouse! You shout use your hand, and fingers to it! Just click the little E (internet explorer) and there is your internet mam. I hang up the phone, and almost fell of my seat it was so funny! Some time ago, a lady that I know asked me to build 2 brand new pc's for her shop. She is a bit of a know it all, so after some taught is sad ok, and can you update my network I have crappy internet she asked. I build her some beautiful systems, excellent hardware! I installed everything in her shop, it worked perfect when I left her place. I gave here a advice to upgrade her internet subscription she had a very slow connection, she would think about it. Well, after a couple of days she called me complaining and blaming me that her new high-end pc's where to slow, internet was not fast enough. I told her to upgrade her subscription, she insisted that I would check her pc's, so I did, nothing wrong with the pc's. I told her contact your isp and let them check your connection. This story lasted almost 2 years, she still complaint, and blaming me for all her pc problems. So I sad, enough is enough, I will call your isp! They did a connection check, there Is nothing wrong with your install sir, just the cable that we put in the ground is rotten, Duuuu! It will be replaced sir, and we advice you to upgrade your subscription. So I told her, do you believe me now! No more complaints after that, she still uses the same isp, and she is happy with her pc's, I fact she ask me to build a kick-ass game pc for her son. Well, ok The end.
  4. Hi Try the following, set your bios at opitmised default. Disconnect al non essential components, just use your mainbord, ram, videocard, PSU, screen, keybord, bootable media, nothing else! test if the system will boot, make a bootable usb-stick (disk) with Memtest. Let it run for 24 hours, if nothing happens, no errors, your ram is stable. Check the heat levels on your mainbord, if the bord is verry hot, it can be unstable beacause of the heat. If that is not the case, check the PSU for loose connections bad pins, ore cracking noises, exessive coilwine, if that is not the case the system is stable, start adding more components, one at a time, check for stablillety using prime 95 or Aida stress test. If the system craches after installing a component, than most likely that component is defective. It is a process of elimination. i hope you find the problemm
  5. Try to clone the drive with Acronis or Partition Wizard Home (it's free) use the default options for cloning to the SSD, it work's for me? Crucial ar very relaible ssd's, i use a 2 M4 128 gb in 2 diferent machines and they work exellent! If you bought the upgrade kit from crucial, it comes standard with cloning software that works fine. Try upgrading the firmware on the ssd, but only if you shure that your system is stable! Set in the bios of your system the drive option to AHCI, not IDE! Check if you have the lastest bios version on your mainbord's bios, this helps with stability problems. dont use exotic format options, it may cause problems, try just MRB with NTFC. If you use the above mentiont cloning software nothing will go wrong.
  6. Hi Kiwiandapple maybe this store has a nice DAC for you? https://www.wifimedia.eu/catalog/dacupgradesdaconverters-c-174_205.html It's in the Netherland so shipping wont cost so mutch. I bought a Meridian Explorer DAC from them, and it works perfect! Take a look!
  7. Hi peeps I use CCleaner for years now, and i had never any problems with it! I agree that there are a lot of reg cleaners that are crap, so i stick with what i know. I also use Tuneup 2014, it work fine, it only has sometimes problems with defragmenting harddriver but this was only the case with the 2013/ 2013 version of the program. So i disabled that function, for the rest it does it's job.
  8. Go with a H80/ H100 if you want it easy and good. If you want it Kickass, go with a EK custom loop kit, you can't go wrong with that!
  9. lachyman shows a nice configration, only i had some bad luck with Corsair keybords (the K90). I had 3 new keybord replacements with in a year, they all had defective led-lighting. So i replaced it with a Logitech G710+, works perfect! Stil have my Corsair M60 mouse, but id had some problems to, loose glidepads, and bad firmware. With the latest firmware/ software it works fine.
  10. Sorry guys try to help the man, no disrespect.
  11. Hallo de TheRager kan ik je helpen, woon in Nederland? (Dutch, sorry guys)
  12. Absolutely, freaking, awsome, epic build!! I love it, great job!
  13. I would go for number 2 (22745) or buy a nice corsair power supply like a AX or HX, CX series, or Coolermaster gold 650 is also nice, Silverstone also rocks. I have in my system a Corsair ax 850, very nice powersupply and ultra silent, nice sleeved cables, but the other power supply's are top notch to. Dont buy a cheapo b-brand psu, they are crap. Keep in minde if you want to expand your system in the future with extra hardware or overclock buy a powersupply with a bit more punch 700/ 800 watt, so that you are on the safe site. ;) A bit more expencive but plenty of power and modular. ;) http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_354&products_id=22419
