Duckonquack got a reaction from OozyGorilla in Halo: the Master Chief Collection officially announced
    A couple things to add:

Halo: Nightfall is a show done by Ridley Scott, I think it's separate from the Spielberg dealio

Forge is confirmed for Halo 2,3, and 4

    custom games are also supported

Split screen is included, and they're working on system link

Online co-op for all the games (confirmed for 2,3, and 4 but Halo: Anniversary had it afaik so it should be in this as well) I think Halo 2 only has 2 players while 3 and 4 have the normal 2-4 players

All the various cool glitches in halo 2 like super jumps and button combos should still work although super jumps may be different due to the changes in resolution

There will be six additional 'remade' maps using a current gen engine, the first announced was Ascension from Halo 2 (I think a safe bet for the others would be fan-favourite maps like Lockout, Hang em High, Blood Gulch etc)

A PC port is not being worked on but isn't being ruled out (So don't hold your breath)

Thanks a lot guys, I mentioned both the 2i2 and the e10 to him and told him to choose which one he thinks he'll need since I have no idea what he'll actually be doing lol
