D-15 is fine for a 3800x,cinebench will make ur cpu run really hot, try running ur fan at full speed at all times if u don't mind the fan sound I would rather suggest u to buy an aio coz it takes longer time to came to stable temp. A 240mm aio will do the job

its gonna take a long time... u might find it in microcenter but not on online until the demand decreases coz all these scalpers r gunna buy it in seconds until there is demand. even if u get one, any cards except FE n asus r gonna crash at reaching 2000MHz, no point of waiting if this is not fixed

The way GPUs r getting sold out u can get a 3060 probably after this year only, if u are in real urgent to buy one stick to 2070

dude just see a electrician nearby n tell him to solder back that capacitor, there's nothing really to worry

if u want a 1080p monitor buy a msi optixG27C2 fi u prefer a 1440p then u can go with ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ1B

Hm... buy a 4k non gaming monitor n a 144hz 1440p gaming monitor if u are not too serious in gaming even a curved 1080p monitor will be fine

See just see the baseline clock speed n thermal performance on google then u monitor ur card using msi afterburner software, play a game while monitoring the card
